Chicken Fajitas For Dinner Tonight...whats Everyone Else Having?

DH here, Top of the evening Karen, I am grilling up steak tonight (no jacket potatos), I have not figured out a side for it yet. Probablly a garden salad and some pasta or rice.

This is my first time ever on the DCL though I go to WDW at least once a year. I'm traveling with my sister, her husband (who has never been to WDW, Disneyland or the DCL before-we are trying to break him in gently) and our mom.
I'm so excited-I can't wait!! But since we just booked, I feel soooo behind. WDW is like my second home & I know it like the back of my hand. I'm going to be like a fish out of water on this cruise!!!

DH Scott here....do not worry about being behind, jump in and go from there. This is my first DCL cruise, so I am excited also. But after being on this thread for a while, I feel like I have done 2 or 3 allready.:rotfl:

DH here...Sorry olderDD needs to look up info for her report on Costa Rica.

Be back in a little.

Sounds good!

My personal choice would be a filet mignon with a roquefort sauce and a baked potato...I'd settle for steak and rice though:thumbsup2 - what time shall I come over for dinner:rotfl2:

Ok, bit of pre holiday info while I'm waiting for the photos to upload.

We went to Spain - a resort called La Pineda.
We used it as a base to visit 3 water parks, Port Aventura theme park (universal spain) and other places.

La pineda had a lovely beach - very shallow so safe for Ellis to play without us worrying.

We had half board - (brekkie and dinner included just incase you dont have the same in usa). The food was buffet style and fairly good - I put on weight so it obviously wasnt too bad:rotfl2:

The weather was a bit mixed, a little rain, a bit windy some days but mostly hot and sunny.

This holiday was just a stop gap to kill time while we waited for the cruise to arrive.

We flew from our local airport - on time:eek: and even laded 10 minutes early:banana:

Our cases were the first 3 cases off the plane:dance3: - that has NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE:yay:

We had paid extra for a taxi transfer so we were straight into the cab and got to the hotel before all three flights - 2 had landed 30 mins prior to ours and we still beat them to check in:cool1:

We were unpacked and sunbathing by the pool before the coach even pulled up:cool1:

The hotel entertainment was ok. Ellis loved the kiddie entertainment and even won once on bingo!

OK, I'm off to see if the photos have uploaded yet.
