Ever wonder how the 40 second rule works?

Sometimes it seems like forever between posts and it will come back more seconds.

Other times, I post knowing for sure it hasn't been 40 seconds and it goes through.

And they won last night!

Actually, it's kinda fun being a Bears fan in WI...but, then, I'm a troublemaker anyways

I was asking for temp reasons. I guess packing reasons also. I am trying to condence where ever I can at this point. 2 large suitecases, a garmet bag, one medium suitcase, and 5 carry ons is a little much for me at this point. It looks like we might be adding one more suitecase, if we can borrow one from somebody.

Bring it...I've heard it can get chilly.

I haven't started packing yet, but I know for the three of us we'll have at least 1 large suitcase, rolling garment bag, 3 carry-ons, and at least 1 other suitcase of undetermined size. Then, I'm packing a duffel bag to fill with souvenirs, so we may have more on the way home!

The gown is gorgeous! I can't wait to see everyone dressed up.

My dress is not as fancy...It's a sleeveless dress...the top is a v-neck black lace with a high waist and a knee length skirt. I have a picture of it, maybe I'll post it tonight if I can figure out how.

Isn't usually our UK'ers here early in OUR morning? Chris is gone this week, Karen is gone for two, and Heather was appointed the official UK KK Rep for the week.

Susan always checks in every morning too.

Is this going to be another slow running DISboard day? The past few days have been making me crazy. Maybe they are finally fixing the "search" feature.

Jen, is your basement drying out alright? What county do you live in?

I have only 5 more minutes of DISing time left before I have to start working. Please...somebody talk to me.

The basement is drying out nicely...but all our stuff from the storage room is in the rec room, so I haven't been able to do any scrapbooking lately. I have an 8 foot long conference table in the rec room to scrap on

We live in Rock county...lots of people had water in their basement, but fortunately, we didn't have a lot. And DH caught it pretty early.

Well, I suppose I should go work too...but I'll pop back in here and there..
