Oh come on. It's been 3 minutes. I really didn't try to steal this one. Honest.

The 40 second rule is long gone.

I'm not taking blame for this one.

Looks like they had fun? Did you say that one is your daughter and one is a friend? Or are they both yours? I know you told us how many children you have, but I can't remember who is who sometimes, sorry.

The redhead is our daughter Kelsey, and the blond is a friend, Tori

I thought you left us Jeff. :) You must be surfing.

Actually going to be signing off right now.

Computer Battery is almost dead and we're watching a movie. Suz picked Ghost Rider. Not sure why. Definitely not the kind of movie we watch. She will be up all night. She won't turn it off though either.

Night All.

Sure you are. You're just going to lurk around. ;)

Just kidding... enjoy your movie.

I thought so. Your other daughter is younger, right? in any case, you'll have to let us know if the marker fades tomorrow. In the past we have been able to get permanent marker off with rubbing alcohol, so that may help.....

I didn't say anything last night, but we had a rather bad night.

Mike & I were out buying a digital camera for the cruise and I got a call from my sister saying the nursing home called and said they were taking my Dad to the hospital. He was very dizzy.

So Mike & I met her there. Mike went home after a while and I stayed. They ran tests and everything was fine. We think he is so busy thinking he has to look after my Mom (who is in the same area of the nursing home), that he gets little rest.(Plus alzheimer's patients don't sleep for very long periods of time).

He may just need an adjustment on his blood pressure med. (so he's fine)
So, we took him back to the nursing home at midnight last night.

We went to visit them this afternoon and my Mom was very irritated and mean and my Dad was just coming off of a sundowner. (a phase for alzheimers where they get easily agitated, usually don't no you and begin to hallucinate.)

Needless to say, it wasn't a very good visit. We don't stay long when they are like that because you can't reason with them. They don't understand what you're saying.

It's been a stressful night and a very long day and I'm about ready to go to bed.

Good night all

Yes we have Kelsey who is 12, Kyle who is 11, and Mackenzie who is 4. Kelsey ended up using some zit cream that her mom bought her and it faded the blue but close up you can still see it. She said she will try it again in the morning. I will suggest the alcohol, but we are at that phase of parents know nothing.

Robin here...

Seriously? OMG, That would weird you out.

Sorry to hear of her passing. :sad2: How old was she?

She was in her 50's, that's all I know. Dave's really torn up about it... mainly because he doesn't know how to feel. He was particularly close with her but he knows he needs to feel sad so he's dealing with a lot of conflicting feelings. I feel bad for him :(

It was just such a shock this morning. My MOH just talked to her on the phone last week when she RSVP'd for my shower. Dave's parents just saw her two days ago. We just got her wedding RSVP and she said she was so excited about it!

I feel so blah :(

I am trying to get motivated to work on tag gifts but it just is not happening. Maybe if I make some tea.

Does anyone know of a free anitvirus program that I can download off the internet. I have had norton and it expired about a week ago. I don't want to pay for it again, but having all the girls on the computer today and not knowing where they are going makes me want it.

My prayers are with you tonight, Robin. I have an aunt who is in the Alzheimer's wing of the nursing home where she lives. It is very tough on the family, so I can only imagine how it is when it is your parents. I know you have great support in Mike. The cruise is looking better and better, isn't it? I hope you have a restful night.......

tyring to uninstall norton but it won't let me so I am going to do a system shutdown and restart. Be back in a few.

Hey guys,

Been busy packing and cleaning while Rob is out DJing the wedding. I'm exhausted already, I've pulled a muscle in my leg and I just wanna sleep :rolleyes1

Got tons more stuff to do tonight, just wanted to drop in and say HI :wave2:

Would they let you do 2 soups/salads on AP night? I know they have that all down to a certain timing. Didn't know if that would screw them up.

Yup, Rob has done this before. He has ordered one appetizer, one soup and the salad, 2 entrees and 2 desserts all in one meal  He sure eats his share on the cruise :lmao:

Don't get your hopes up... You may be dissapointed. ;) Right Cass?

Yeah, I can honestly say they are HORRIBLE people. Don't go near them! You will regret saying hello, so just stay away!!!!! :rolleyes1 :lmao:
I can't wait to see them again! ::yes::

Avis is across the street on the second floor (budget is on hte first). Not to hard to get to and they have a booth with your keys waiting if you are in the Preferred Club. It may have been down aways, but I don't remember. We haven't done Budget in quite some time down there, so I don't remember it. I do remember that they did have an easy pickup process.

You say the pickup line takes FOREVER in Cocoa Beach, but remember, the pick up line is the same as the drop off, so it took FOREVER each time we wanted to drop off the car.

Avis' drop off in MCO is far from the terminl though. What we have done last time is drop the luggage off at the curbside and then return the car. I don't recall Budget's MCO drop off.

I will NEVER rent from Avis again!!! Dropping off the car at the airport was retarded! It took us about 10 minutes with ALL our luggage to get back to the main airport :sad2: Glad we didn't have a baby back then!

We won't be dropping off the car at Budget until after 10am so there shouldn't be too many people trying to rent a car, the busy time is from 7am till 9:30am when all the cruise ship passengers are trying to pick up their cars.

And since we are going straight to the airport from the terminal, we decided to get DCL transfers, so we just have to hop on the bus!

Robin here...

Don't ask me why, but they're allowed to touch. Desserts touching are ok. Strange, isn't it. He'll even eat a banana split! :confused3

That IS weird!!

I'm sorry you guys had such a bad night. Hugs for you guys! You guys TOTALLY need some vacation time!!! :thumbsup2

Nancy & Cheryl,
I pvr'd the game. I watched the first little bit but then almost barfed when they started playing football :lmao: so I had to turn it off

Hope you guys stayed nice and dry and warm! Sigh, that's my kind of weather
