great pics rob!princess:
i have to wonder...will your family be impressed by you, cass and kiras celebrity like status while on the cruise?

Thanks Robin :)
Um, not a celebrity that's for sure. Maybe Cass and Kira with the KK'ers

can the women please get a link on the kk website to talk about female problems. cause if if have to read any more stuff im going to barf.
am i right guys?
Um sure... I don't care myself as a former EMT so its always nice to use some of my background in that on occasion.

That is so cute!!! Must have taken awhile to find him huh? Is that why we don't have a QOTD yet??

Nice pics!!!!!!!! ::yes::
Your daughter is gorgeous...oh wait she's my daughter too

Thanks! She is as gorgeous as her mommy!
Hey, that's YOU!

I know, I'm a dork. But when the books first got popular, I thought it was just a kid's book, then I saw the movie and actually enjoyed it! So then I just figured I would read the books after the movies. It's not something I normally do.
Dork Dork! hmm, kind of like Nanu Nanu

That's what Rob says...but he's a pack rat just like you!!! :lmao: He still has his binders and books and stuff from Junior High School!!! I do not! High school maybe....

:sad2: I am the opposite of a pack rat...I'm trying to get rid of everything....I gotta be tricky with Rob, I have to wait till he's out of town or something then throw out all his crap...errr stuff :rolleyes1 grrrrr, its not "crap" perhaps stuff, but ya gotta keep the knowledge somewhere, seems as I get older I am forgetting it all

Yes, Mike...your alter ego is in Rob's family....his dad will take everything on the table (and I mean EVERYTHING) and throw it onto his plate, mush it all up and eat it! It is GROSS!!!!!!! I'd rather watch Rob eat his cow while it's still moooooing ::yes::
Hmm... blue rare steak!

im thinking you guys are so well known throughout DIS land that people may stop and ask for an autograph.:rotfl2:
The only thing I seem to autograph are CC receipts and my trading card. Don't think anyone would want an autograph from a DIS addict and a guy who likes ice cream.

Let us dorks unite, shall we start a dork club??? Only dorks allowed...I will vouch for Rob, he's in! :lmao:
We can be "Dork and Cass"
Kira can join too, I call her "my little dorks" :goodvibes

Actually, it's been hard NOT reading the books cus Rob reads them and tries to tell me all about them ::yes:: But I got this far...only two more movies
The books are SO good though! You should start reading them now ;)

I love the idea of forming a dorks of the world club! And in honor of the HP series I'd like to suggest that our club president style himself / herself in the same manner as Lord Voldemort...

We can refer to this person as....
....
....
wait for it....
....
The Dork Lord!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
:darth: I can start in on a Death Eaters costume! Cass?

Bahahaha! You kill me!

Last cruise, we were sitting in the WDT waiting for a show to start and this couple kept staring at us very strangely. Finally after about 10 minutes, they leaned over and asked "Do you guys have a website??" :lmao:

The husband points to Rob and says "You like to eat a lot and (looks at me) you like those big chocolate chip cookies!!!!!!!!"

:rotfl2: Rob was a little embarassed for being known for eating a lot :lmao: I said "Well, you DO!!" :rolleyes1 :lmao:

After our live trippie, he is now known for eating a lot of ice cream, so if anyone recognizes him this trip...they may buy him an ice cream :woohoo:
That would help with the ice cream budget! But its for the parks though, its so darn expensive!

Well, if it was based on time, then he would lose but if it was total consumption with no time limit, then definitely Rob's the winner.
I am not that bad, it does melt ya know

He eats slowly..it drives me nuts sometimes! I like my food hot, I eat it the second I put it on the table. So I am done in 10 mins max. Rob likes his food cold and he likes to take breaks...1 hour into his meal, he stops and sits back..."Are you DONE??" "nope, just on a break" :headache:
food tastes good, you have to savor it!

Wow, talk about catching up....
What a day.
Time for a Revello I think....

We are doing the Fury in Cozumel but it doesn't get back until 5:55 pm. That is Pirate night, if we get the 6 pm rotation and my parents are already at the table do you think it would be okay to show up a little late? Our son loves Pirate night an I would hate for him to miss it, if we do Topsiders do they still give out the bandannas?

Help
Thanks
Judy:confused3

Does anyone know how the arcades work? Does my son NEED charging priviliges to use the arcade? It was my plan to give him a daily allowance for playing games. But if it uses the KTTW card then I fear that he may not have an incentive to stop playing.

I am right there with you on that one. We were going to give the kids a set amount of money and if they blew through it oh well. But I agree the KTTW card would be way to dangerous for our DS.

Our TA has been fairly good, except for this payment thing. It would have been worse if we were trying to get Palo ressies or didn't get the excursions we wanted. However, except for the cruise itself, and airline tickets (which she was able to get for a few $$$ less and didn't charge us a booking fee), I have researched and planned/booked everything else on the trip - hotel for the night before, ground transport, parking, excursions, etc. That way I can double-check everything myself before we travel. I'll still keep AAA, but I have it more for the roadside assistance service than anything else. I don't know how to change a tire:confused3 ...

Jen

The roadside service is why I started with AAA back in 95, then when I met DH we started using them for travel. It is hard to use them for travel because they did not have a location near us until about 5 months ago. But the discounts were pretty good. Now the discounts are not all the great compaired to everything else I can see. And I add roadside service to my insurance and it was cheaper then AAA so we kept AAA just for travel and after the problems we have had it is not worth it anymore.

I know how to change a tire I just am not strong enought to get the lug nuts off.

Good Luck on Wednesday--my girlfriend (who is in the same situation--baby going off to full-day kindergarten) and I plan on having cocktails as soon as we drop them off. :lmao: Seriously, it will be a hard adjustment for all of us.

Hmmm Cocktails at 8:30 in the morning. I might have to consider that one.

This will be our first time with early seating on the cruise. They will probably have to kick him out of the restaurant.

On late dining, we never got out until at least 10:15!!! usually there were only a few tables left, and they were all drinkers!!!

I was the only one left in the dinning room 6 nights out of 7 on one of my cruises. Granted it was by choice it was just me and employees.

Good night everyone. We will let you all know how we do tomorrow. One DD starting junior high and one DD starting K.

Geez! - slow night people:eek: - where were you all. Been up since 5am and I thought I'd settle down wit ha cuppa and catch up on all the overnight pages - there werent any:confused3

Jeff is not going to be pleased:rolleyes1

"I'd make one for Lindy but not sure what size?"

I have her down as a size 10...:rolleyes1 ....That has to be worth two drinks at least no?....:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

With Lindys amble bosom I would say each one was a size 10:rotfl: - she looks slim but with a big bust so totally the opposite to me then - dumpy fat and flat chested:rolleyes:

Heather any ideas on what size Lindy might be?

Karen - if Linda does get in touch let, us all know if there is anything we can all do to help. Wasn't she organising the wine tasting for the group?

Heather.

PS - Karen - don't let your eucalyptus grow too big. You can cut it back fairly hard and it will re-grow very well. You will also keep the leaves round.

If she rings I'll ask her. If we get her contact we could take over the organising for her.

I intend to cut back my eucalyptus just before christmas - I like the thin branches to decorate the table etc. The silvery leaves look lovely for xmas I think.

Well, with nothing to read I'm off to ebay:rotfl:

Oh my goodness Cass. Both Rick and I are fast eaters and we still have to rush to get out in time to get our seats for the adult shows. :rotfl: No wonder you've gone for early seating.

Heather

Can't help with this one Karen. Have a look at her pics of her party night. That might give you some idea. If she doesn't get in contact and you want to do a t.shirt for her I would err of the side of caution and do both her's and Wayne's as extra large. That way you know it's going to fit, even if she does just pop it on over another t.shirt.

I hope you don't mind me butting in, I think it is wonderful what you are all doing for Linda, having cruised with her last year, I would put Linda at a size 14, she is slim but its all in the bosoms, I also have the bosom problem :rotfl2: I hope this helps xx

Thant's great Jen,

I lost 117 pound from jan 2004 to jan 2005 through diet and exercise. I have kept off a lot of it but due to an accident I gained 50 lbs. I am now on my way to losing that 50. I am down 19 in the last 3 weeks and I hope to lose the rest before the cruise.

I am in awe of your loss

Made me laugh....:rolleyes1

Tom did like what he always does, kissing his wife, crawling into bed and falling sleep. All of a sudden, he wakes up with an elderly man dressed in a
white robe standing in front of his bed.

"What the hell are you doing in my bedroom?...and who are you?" he asked.

"This is not your bedroom," the man replied, "I am St. Peter, and you are in
heaven."

"WHAT! Are you saying I'm dead? I don't want to die! I'm too young," said
Tom. "I want you to send me back immediately."

"It's not that easy", said St.Peter. "You can only return as a dog or a hen.
The choice is your own."

Tom thought about it for a while and figured out that being a dog is too tiring, but a hen probably has a nice and relaxed life. Running around with
a rooster can't be that bad.

"I want to return as a hen," Tom replied.

And in the next second, he found himself in a chicken run, really nicely
feathered. But now he felt like his rear end was gonna blow-up. Then along
came the rooster.

"Hey, you must be the new hen St. Peter told me about," he said, "How do you
like being a hen?"

"Well, OK I guess, but it feels like my *** is about to explode."

"Oh that!" said the rooster. "That's only the ovulation going on. You need
to lay an egg."

"How do I do that?" Tom asked.

"Cluck twice, and then you push all you can."

Tom clucked twice and pushed more than he was good for, and then 'plop' an
egg was on the ground.

"Wow!" Tom said, "That felt really good!"

So he clucked again and squeezed. And you better believe that there was yet
another egg on the ground. The third time he clucked, he heard his wife
shout:

"Tom, for Christ's sake! Wake up! You're ****tin' all over the bed!"
