For me it was when my usual dentist wasn't there the day of my appointment, and the hygeniest said, "You'll be seeing Dr. Knoell. Do you know him?" Did I know him--I used to babysit him!!! :scared1:

That's flippin Hilarious!

Ok I did everything in your tips except for the fact that what I had was Avery. But now here is the kicker. Scott noticed today that they are expired. Dec. 06. Now I am mad. I wonder if that is why they cracked like that. So what brand do people recomend. Can I buy just the sheets without the software since I already have the software. And now I know that I can not do both front and back. It was worth a shot.

that's what I suspected, I've had the same problem with old transfers.

Cheryl,

Thanks for the advice--I think there will be a mini-KK meet in the reservation line as all of us newbies couldn't get in on-line. :sad2:

I'll be there. I want a brunch ressie too!

I took my boys school supply shopping today. :teacher: Zachary, who is starting kindergarten, was most excited with his big, pink eraser!! I'm hoping this will help get him excited about school even though my heart is breaking. :sad1:

Did some of that today. My son wanted a PotC backback. Problem was, there is this Gigantic Horrid Skull plastered across it. (about 6 inches of him!) I thought, well, it's good that he's not scared of it, but, it will probably scare other 1st graders. Try as I might, I couldn't talk him out of it. I found a great camoflage backpack with a compass and a holder for an iPod and put both in the basket. Eventually, he got to looking at the cammie backpack and really liked the idea of a place to put his iPod, I just sat the PotC backpack down without a word and he kept the cammie one. Still I spent a fortune in school supplies today.

Goodnight:cloud9:

Congrats, and Goodnight.

Pesky American's always want to be Canucks when they are abroad ;)

It's all in how you say it eh... don't forget to put it in during regular talking...
you'll figure it out, eh.

BTW: Tell your Presidential hopeful that Canada has a Prime Minister, not a President.

DH here.

TO ALL THOSE NORTH OF THE BORDER, AND EVERYONE ELSE.

SORRY SORRY SORRY SORRY SORRY SORRY SORRY SORRY SORRY

I was only joking with cinnamike about Canada. I think it is a truly beautiful place. And the people we know are great. I did not want to offend anyone. :sad2: DW tells me I have foot in mouth problems from time to time. Note to DW: YOU ARE RIGHT

Ok, I'm offended. Seriously. I think Canada should INVADE THE USA!!! Yup.
We'll send in our sled dogs after you & then you'll see a snow ball fight to end all fights! Yup, you guys have WMD somewhere... :scared:

Um, just tell me what I'm supposed to be offended about first? :confused3

:rotfl2: :rotfl:

Put me on that list to. But if it involves ice cream then Scott and Rob will have to fight over it.

HEY! IT'S ALWAYS MY ICE CREAM! BACK OFF! Cass will have to show you my expression the last time someone tried to take my ice cream, well maybe she won't.

DH here, Earlier today I was joking with Mike about how nice Canada was and I refered to the bad exchange rate and no baseball teams. I did forget about the Blue Jays, and I do not know what the excahnage rate is. A couple of posts said is wrong, so I wanted to make sure there were not any hard feelings:confused3

Noone touches my ice cream either. :woohoo:

Hey Rob, I have been watching a show called Ice Road Truckers", what an intense show when they drive those heavy trucks over frozen lakes and zero visability storms. Have you all seen this? They leave from Yellowknife and head to the diamond mines to the north.

I've heard about that from a colleague of mine, though I haven't seen the show. With the "global warming" our winter season is getting shorter with the freeze and thaw happening much sooner than normal, the companies are unable to do as much trucking as they used too.

Since you enjoyed that show, you should see the trucks that work up at the oilsands.

Just got home from 6 1/2 hours at St Luke's Hospital with DH Dave. He started having chest pains, sweats, and arm numbness and drove himself to the hospital. After hours and hours of test we find that his heart is in great shape, so are his lungs, and they has absolutely no idea what is causing the pain. They feel that it is probably a chest wall problem, now he needs to see his internist to follow-up on the problem. I am so relieved that it is not his heart, it was really scary getting that kind of call at work.

We are so busy right now that the days are just flying by, My mom's 70th B-day is Friday, Kaitie's 13th is on the 30th, our 16 Anniversary is the 31st and Sean's B-day is Sept 13th. Can you say overwhelmed!! School is just another addition to our list of things to deal with.

Well I thought I would just say hi and commiserate on my good/bad day. Good that he is not really ill and bad I spent 6 hours at the hospital and can't wait to see the bill.

:scared:

Judy:sick:

Judy, sorry to hear about your husband. Hopefully everything will turn out all right with the specialist.
Boy, you have plenty of happy occasions coming up!:flower:

Did you get a strange sensation when you stood right near the edge? - Neil and I both felt like we were being drawn over the falls when we watched the water going over the edge - really peculiar?

Loved the Pics Robin

The last time we were at Palo at the end of dinner they offered us a tasty little drink with lemoncello, vodka, and champagne... I think. It was like a half-formed sorbet and it was delicious.

You should ask Heather about it - she remembers more than I do about and even knows what it's called. :thumbsup2

Thats correct.

And Karen must be sleeping. She wanted to get post 20,000 too.

I was in a hot bath soaking my achy back after all that digging then straight into bed for me....must be my age - I'll be an old woman in 2 days:lmao:

Unfortunatly I bought them about a month ago at Walmart. I have used 2 sheets and the software has been opened and downloaded onto my computer. They will not take anything back without a reciept anymore and the fact that there was software they would only allow me to exchange for another one and if they are all exipred I don't want one. Plus I don't want Avery again.

I would take the tshirts, and remaing paper and go and have a look in the store - if they are still selling them out of date I would demand a refund.

For those who are playing tag

I need your anniversary dates if you have one, if not how about the date you have met your better half. If you do not want to put this on the thread you can pm me if you want.

Our anniversary is 22 November - The day I met him on a plane heading for Gran Canaria and then we married exactly 5 years later in Florida:love:

ok, only 924 more posts til I get 21,000:lmao: - do you think I can do it before those pesky Americans wake up and come and steal it again?:lmao: :goodvibes
