Oh, and I got my HP book yesterday, haven't started reading it yet though.

But remember I told my son that if he spoils it for me by telling me the ending he'd be cut off from his allowance forever....

Well, my girlfriend and her son came over tonight, Judy told me a story of how her son got mad at a neighborhood boy and yelled at him" Oh, yeah, well
.....(blah blah blah....ending of story....)"
I just looked at them both and said "Gee Thanks, I was going to read the book"

Judy said..."oh, no I'm so sorry, well perhaps it's not true, it's just something Alex read on the internet"

My son looks over at me and shakes his head and says.."I didn't say anything Mom!"

I'm pissed!
I am so going to pretend that what they heard was on online rumor and joke and try not to let it spoil the book for me.

aaahhhh...

You gotta love teenagers.

What happened, they let the booking start early I got up at 1:30am cst to make sure I was up in time and while I was wiaiting for the DCL site to log in I came here and saw you guys already had things booked YIKES. Last year when we did this for our cruise I couldn't do anything until 2:01 am cst. I kept trying and trying. Oh well I guess they changed something and I should have stayed up like the rest of you guys and tried earlier. Well as soon as I could get on the DCL site I made our reservations for Palo, didn't get exactly what we wanted because I could only book for the 2 of us not for our friends also, only tables for 2 were available notables for 4 so I got Palo dinner for us at 7:00 Sat. night and Palo brunch for 10:30 Sun. morning. Our friends will make their reservations for the same times and then when we get on the ship we'll have to see if they can combine our tables. We got the dinner time we wanted but we had wanted Palo brunch on Mon. We'll check into changing to that when we get on the ship also.
I also booked the Wild Side excursion for Rachel for Castaway Cay I'm not sure if she'll keep that or if I'll end up canceling that. Didn't get exactly what we wanted but at least I was able to get close to what we wanted and I'm hoping we'll be able to get things adjusted when we get on the ship. Another reason I'm glad we're staying at the port the night before, we can be at the terminal nice and early and get a early boarding # to get on the ship right away and get these reservations adjusted, hopefullly.

hello to all,
never posted here before but we are on this cruise. group consisting of myself dw 2 dd 4 grandchildren this is our 5th disney cruise and we're booked for eastbound panama trip next august a little angry right now because i stayed up late to book ressies only to be denied by a message that we hadn't paid in full!(the trip was paid two weeks ago) I've been lurking this site and see some very nice people posting and will be back to participate in this discussion at another time but for now hello!

How many pages?,did we have birth or a checkout overnight?...Can't believe some expected Lindy loo to awake from her Sunday morning drunken slumber JUST to make Palo's..

If the "L" was to take place on the 20th just remember

"HORRIBLE Our last cruise, the ship was suppose to "L", but did not. Disney even delayed the life boat drill in order for us all to watch the "L". We were all sooooooo excited, to then have Rachel the CD come across the PA and say it was cancelled .

It took us three times as long to get to port. It was so bad, that we had two DCL buses whom were running late and the Captin was sweet enough to hold the ship for the 38 people. Only because they were on DCL transportation that is. We actually had some people whom had to fly into Key West because they missed the ship"...

Tea was o.k. I don't drink it but went with Suz so she wasn't alone. She liked the little snacks they had with it (didn't do much for me).

She did say the teas were good (I think she tried 3 or 4). Most of them I think you can get in the Quiet Cove Cafe.

If it were me and I had to choose between Brunch or Tea, I would do Brunch.

If you want to do all 3, nothing wrong with that either. You just have to come in on one of your sea days to go to the tea. It is like around 4:00 or 4:30.

Ohhhh.... perhaps I should have scheduled the brunch. So much food... so little time.....
