Cass, I loved the video!!!!!!!! Also, last night me and the girls were on your website watching some of those videos and the one of MK when you were on Splash Mountain. On the first tiny drop Julia held up her arms and screamed. She has now told me that Splash Mountain is her favorite ride along with Dumbo and POC!!!!!!!! We hreally have enjoyed watching them!!!! We will watch more tonight. I also loved seeing Kira!!!!! I will show that to the girls tonight also!!!!![]()
This is Robin...
Wow, I sure am impressed with Walt & Di's weight loss. They are putting us all to shame. Nice going guys. Can't wait to see you.
LOL! That's good to know![]()
I'm so glad you are enjoying the videos!! That is hilarious how Julia did the arm thing and screamed! I believe that's the 2003 video? If so, when I was taping that ride, I had my sister Deb and her son Miles on it, he was 12 at the time and told us he would ride EVERYTHING! Well, we got there and he chickened out of almost every ride. Finally he decided to do Splash but the WHOLE time he was whispering to his mom "Get me off, get me off, I hate this , I hate this, I hate this!!!" I didn't even know until I turned around with the video camera and Deb gave me this "Turn around, he's not happy" look with her eyes,. which you can see in the videoHe was SO mad afterwards, he said he wanted to go home
3 days later, we took Miles back and we rode (is that even a word?
) it 3 times in a row during the Main Street Electrical parade!!!

I'm not sure which year it was, but I don't remember seeing someon'e face on the ride. I will watch more tonight!!!!
Oh I hope not! We had booked this trip thinking that she won't be walking by then but my sister keeps insisting that she will be![]()
Just throwing some stats out there for everyone since our "views" went over 100,000 today - that is the number of times people come to look at the thread.
We are currently in 11th place for overall posts - about 1,000 behind #10 (but this could change quickly if one of the higher up ones go dormant again and removed).
We are posting over twice as fast as the might Aug '08 repo thread. They pasted 65,000 on 6/20 at 8:11 p.m. CDT. We past 12,000 that same night at 9:05 p.m. CDT. We then past 13,000 on 6/27 at 1:06 p.m. CDT. If you talk as much as you have been, you should get to the next 1,000 before they do. I think you'll have no problem getting to 20,000 before the cruise (which is 15 weeks away). You had been doing about 1,000 posts per week. You could cut to 500 a week, which would be slow for this board, and still get over 20,000 post.
As for milestones, here is the current post counts (for those of 10 or more posts):

Looks like the VD women are only 71 posts apart from each other.
Cass,
Our DS was crawling at 6 months and took his first steps at 9 months. I can't remember how much he was motoring around at 11 months (it would have been Christmas time and I believe we was walking pretty much).
I was just talking about our first trip to WDW with DS with Suz last night and remembering him running ahead of us and down the hallways at Riverside. We let him walk about 20 feet ahead of us in our view. Then bam!! He took off running. Both of us had to start running and go different directions so we could cut him off. He was 3 1/2 at the time. We both laugh about it now - this little boy running and giggling - he was in a happy mood. Mom and Dad were definitely not at the time it happened.
At least at 11 months she won't be too quick, but you will still need to keep a close eye on her.
ps...These figures don't take into account we've had our favorite drunk and the humper M.I.A for how long?....![]()
Jeff the twins would do just the same they'd look one another in the eye start to giggling and then set off running in opposite directionsand I'd to make on the spot decision as to who was in the must danger and go after that one...
