So...last vacation I took roughly 6300 photos....(yes that's right 6300 in 3 weeks that's not a typo! )

Who wants to guess how many pics Cass takes on THIS trip???

Kinda like guess how many jelly beans

I'm guessing well over 10,000 Cass.

Wow, that is pretty ambitious Nancy! Although I am spending most of the 13th on my own taking pictures of the parks...so perhaps I could reach 10K

I think I will go through the batteries that day!!

That was my guess as well.

Not only your day in the park taking pictures, but this will be Kira's first trip to WDW. You may have 5,000 alone of her.

The Brewers are just awful. With the Cubs winning today, the lead is only 1.5 games. I think they'll be out of first place by the first of August.

Well, it looks like it's therapy time. Mom was placed in a nursing home on Fri. Dad wigged out today when he went to see her with my brother. He's going into the hospital tomorrow, then placed in the same facility 24 hrs (hopefully) later.

Also, I just noticed that Cinnimike and Susan can eat together. Neither one of them like their food touching.

Cass, I just got back from seeing the Bruce Willis movie. You were right! Some parts were very cheesy (the semi truck scene) and some parts were hilarious (Matthew talking to Delores...the ONSTAR lady)

Regardless, I did like the movie.

BTW: I think people forget that I take pictures too, though you are the shutterbug. I'm thinking closer to 12k pictures this trip, 8k for you, 4k for me as I'll have the small camera when you've got the SLR.

A DJ widow eh? Sorry about that, at least they danced tonight and didn't waste my time, though it was darn hot in the room at +32C and no A/C. Everyone, including me, melted.
We started and ended early which was nice.
Good to be home with my wench and PLB again!

Love the new pic in your siggie. You can really see Kira's teeth.

You wouldn't believe how sharp they are either, she can really do some damage if you're not careful with your finger now these days.

Think I should go to bed now... I've been up since 9am yesterday.

I actually take TWO digital cameras and a camcorder. The camcorder does take still shots but only at something like 2 megapixels or something, whereas my cameras take 7 and 8 mp. It's a lot of extra equipment plus batteries and cards and chargers etc but it's worth it for me.

I have a digital SLR, which takes great pics but is so big, last time I just used it on the cruise but with kids on this trip I am debating bringing the SLR into the parks as it takes lots of pics quickly whereas our digital elph (fabulously small!) takes awhile to take a single shot and by then I've missed the moment. We will have a stroller this time, as well as a backpack with Kira's stuff so I just might bring the SLR and stash it in the bag or stroller when I am not using it.

Guess who gets to carry most of this all the time, if you ever see a pic of me in WDW take a look at my waist, I have the camera bag(s), shopping stuff, and a ton of other stuff on my fanny pack strap. I swear I gain 15lbs just by carrying it all.
We'll have both cameras I think for sure on this trip with lots of extra charged batteries.
The only thing I am worried about is hard drive space on the laptop actually, but just in case we can buy a USB external hard drive while we're down there anyways; just need some time to go get it. Probably before the cruise.

If your still there Rob i have to ask do all Canadian DJ's carry all that gear to every gig or are you like the dogs bullocks of DJ's out your way,DJ's over here only carry like two decks,two speakers and a box of Cd's.....and what would you charge for a wedding gig?....The lads over here charge about £150,200... US dollar that's about $300/400...
