Karen could you give your web-cam lence a quick clean dear....

& since I seem to be on a roll for posting tonight, here's an aside for you from the cruise to see what I do for fun on the weekends.
This is a video one of the crew for us is doing, he's a professional Video Editor/Media Designer and is putting this together for our website.
It's a minute long and is the rough cut so any feedback would be appreciated.
Have a good night!![]()

Scott here,
Since the DW got off, I am sneaking on to wish her a Happy 7th Anniversary.7 years ago today she had me the happiest man in the world. As 10:00 ish PM our time I asked her to marry me, and she said YES. Right there on Cinderellas draw bridge. I knew she was special then , and know she is even more each and everyday.

Scott - you will need to do me a favour and have a talk with my better-half on how to treat a lady....you are so sweet.
I keep hoping that my better-half will propose to be someday -but after 11 years and 2 kids, I am giving up hope.

It is a very hard lesson we learned on Sunday. I went up to wake DH and jump in the shower. I got out the shower and was combing my hair, DH was in the closet and I said "do you smell smoke" Well DD was downstair so of course I go running to the hall and ask "Are you cooking something." As I start smelling more smoke and seeing smoke in the air. I going running down the stairs to her "not anymore mommy I threw it away." As I round the corner she is eating a piece of bread. I don't see anything on fire at that point. So I ask what she was doing. She decided to make her self a sandwhich. She wanted peanut butter and honey but could not find peanut butter so she used mayo. She then wanted it warmed up so she put it on a paper plate and put it in the microwave for 24 minutes, but at 19 minutes she stoped it because it was on fire. Yes she said their were flames. She pulled it out of the microwave with hotpad holders (and put them back in the drawer when she was done with them) put the flames out and threw it all away. So I pulled the plate out and yes it was all black from flames, and the sandwhich was not only burnt but melted together. Our microwave still works but it used to be white inside it is now a gross yellow color, and our house smells of smoke every time we use it.
For any first time cruisers
Bring a green apple and one of the table knives back to your room after you eat lunch the first afternoon. Then if you or anyone starts feeling a little sick ~ which often happens right around dinner time when the ship starts rocking ~ they can slice it up and eat it.
Our assistant waiter told us that is what the crew do. My DH started feeling a bit queasy and the apple seemed to help him that first night.
And, even if you don't need it for 'motion' issues, it's a nice snack to have and you can send the knife back on a room-service tray when you're done with it.
