Top of the morning Chris and the rest of the UK folks. By the way is any one close to Waddington RAF station?

Wadds is about a good hour from me,one of our oldest air bases from where we bombed Berlin to bits during WW2...Home now to some airborne intelligence squadron we call "the flying spooks" and some special ops training program...

My husband's grandmother passed away this morning, nearly 92. She made the decision--just stopped eating at the nursing home about 10 days ago. So we sat down to tell the kids their granny had died and out of the mouth of young Zachary comes, "I don't know who done it, but it wasn't me!" We all burst out laughing!

Oh bless Zachary! - so sorry for your loss, how lovely that Zach could lighten the mood.

quick update before i head out to work. robins mom is really out of it at the hospital. doesnt know where shes at most of the time. giving nurses a hard time. robin is spending the nite at the hospital with her.
and her dad lost it today. he didnt recognized robins brother, took a swing at him and headed off down the street.
they both have alzhiemers but before this they seem to do pretty well most of the time. once they are out of their element all h##l breaks loose.
im doing my best to keep robin laughing through it. if you dont laugh sometimes youll go crazy. she always has been a really positive person.

Congratulations! - any photos? How come you got baptized as an adult? I havent been christened either.

I bought my t-shirt transfer paper today as well as t-shirts for Rob and I. (couldn't find a plain white shirt for Kira! )

I am a little nervous about doing them cus I just know I am not gonna be happy with them. I couldn't find the kind I wanted where you don't have that white background. (I wanted the kind with a clear background but I can't find it anywhere )

Think I will do a test one tomorrow on crappy fabric and see how it turns out.


Also found out today that, once again, we didn't get the house we wanted. Grrrr I called her to see why she changed her mind but got her machine.

Back to looking tomorrow WHINE WHINE WHINE!!! no cheese thanks

I plan on eating my desserts during the cruise. I will be celebrating. I cant wait. Walt and I will probably walk the track to keep off some of the weight. Diane

After viewing the website for Dis and the spa services I can not find anything about the rainforest. Is this something that needs to be booked in advance or can I book it on the ship? What are the prices for this?

Yup, Cass is correct. $15.00/day and better deals for the week.

Heres one about the live shows. Looking for reccomendations. We have decided that we do not have to attend every show like we have done on past cruises. So we have eliminated the first night already. But now we would like to know more about Twice Charmed, Golden Mickeys and Disney Dreams. Who likes what and why?

Chuck and I saw all of them. I loved Disney Dreams and even cried a little at the end.

Has anyone heard from Jerk Face recently?

I know what you mean about the white background Cass. I'm not happy with it either although it blends in a little better on a white shirt. But, it's just a t-shirt and I'll wear it proudly no matter what!!

Well I was going to say...telepathy, but I phoned him instead. Dave has given a group answer. Food features heavily on all his trips, so it was a bit tricky to answer just for himself. We are also having dinner at Chef Mickey's as everyone enjoys the food there and it's easy to accommodate such a bit group - 12 of us. Rick also starts off his Chicken Tender holiday here.

Does anyone know if Quater Masters actually uses Quaters or dollar bills, or a prepaid card? If it is a prepaid card it is not our room card is it?

I think its both, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for the pics! Great looking family!!! Sorry, I can't answer your spa questions...I don't "spa" but I think the Rainforest Room is $15 per day but you get a deal if you buy the whole week package.

If all goes well with Kira in Flounders, Rob and I will be dancing right along with you. It's something we love to do but just don't get to do anymore. Rob is after all a DJ so as long as it's not live music (which he can't stand) then we shall be there!

The evening shows are taped and shown on your TV stateroom, but for movies at the theatre, you have to go and see those. There are usually about a dozen relatively newer movies shown over and over on your TV throughout the week. As well as several Disney animated movies.

All the shows are good to see the first time around, for sure! The only one that we really really don't want to miss is Disney Dreams, especially now that the new show has Timon in it The ending is just amazing!!!

Even if you have problems with the nursery I don't think you would have a problem having volunteers watch her. There is a line forming for that position. I don't really care for live music either.
