How are my other Wisconsin friends going to fair w/this storm??? I'm hoping it misses my area, the forecast says that we are favorable to get hail the size of baseballs.

I am HOPING some good-sized hail hits our house. We have to get a new roof this summer, so wouldn't it be nice if our insurance could pay for it instead of us? Then I would have more money for wine tastings!!

Yes, no more hurricanes on the cruise. We had Wilma last time and our Western became an Eastern.
It would be a shame to get all these shirts and signatures done, only to go Eastern one more time....

BTW: Dyerneeds, thanks for the compliment; my girls are the most important thing in the world to me.

Hey Nancy!!

I'm not printing my disname but thought about my real name in neon green ears......

I will be wearing my green bracelet but I'm struggling about wearing the shirt....FIRST TIME CRUISERS TAKE NOTE! When you board the ship, cast members are waiting to take that first GREAT picture of you and your family in front of a cruise background!!! I'm a little selfish in wanting this to be a "nice" family picture as it has been in the past. (not that our shirts won't be nice) I don't know.....I'm weird I guess!

Yes, I would wear my t-shirt to the wino meeting......

I would answer yes to the last question, however it is a family cruise and oh, the children..............hug: jeff)

I have to agree with you. I want to have a "nice" picture of us getting on the ship. That and traveling with my parents, they will not be having shirts that match us, and I am not sure if we will make shirts for the kids or not, so I am saying no we will not be wearing them on the 20th. But we will wear our bracelets.

I am all in favor of Jeff wearing it but only at the adult pool. I don't think we need to have "the talk" with any of the kids on the ship.

Don't get too discouraged by this just yet.........when you call and talk with DCL over the phone they have no option other than to tell you what they have been trained to tell you.......to quote you the rule book. When you board, however, it is sometimes a different story.....It all depends....if you get a castmate that is willing to bend the rules and the club that you want her in is not too crowded, they may let you make the change......unfortunately all I can tell you is you will have to wait until the day we board...... (hang in there !)....They have let us make a change on previous sailings!

Don't get me wrong. I am not discouraged with Dis at all. I understand their rules and reasons. And I would not want any special treatment for them bending the rules and then they could get in trouble if something was to happen. I am ok with what Dis said, my problem is AAA. I will never used them again after this trip. We have had so many issues with them this time that it is not worth paying the dues to belong to them. It is just one thing after another with them. I plan on checking on the 20th and a few things when we get on board just to make sure we are all on the same page. I can not wait much longer I want to be on the ship now.

Arugh, I have SO much to catch up on! I don't know what's going on with the bracelets or the fish hanging thingies or the t-shirts... I feel so out of the loop.

I know I know it's my own fault. I think I just need to get more chatty or something! It's just not my nature though... I have such a hard time being social unless I can either see someone face to face or IM with them so it's instant! Blah.

They stated there was a fish hook on the door, someone I think it is Nancy has made something that hangs from that, that givers her pockets and extra storage room. If you ask she might post the picture again so you don't have to go look for it.
The bracelets are those ones that you see alot of people wearing lately. They have been discussing getting those done in green that say Konked Kruisers Oct. 2007 on them. That way we can see who is part of the group easier. Jeff is in charge of these. He can give you more info if you are interested.
The shirts Cass, has made a very nice Logo that you can download and print out on and iron on transfer for shirts, that way we would all have matching shirts. It is a logo similair to the one in peoples sig line with the green ears and the flags. If you have more questions on those ask Cass.

So if you don't mind me asking when is your wedding?

17th July actual birthday.... big girlie celebrations on the 9th July. Wayne taking me on a caribbean cruise 29th feb 08 ( on our own ! ) with Royal Caribbean.

I cant understand why, Ive been to the gym swminning and 6 classes this week ( including the killer " Body combat!" )

I am sooo fed up................. im sulking !


I know this weekend will be hard, what with Elouises party and my parents coming for the weekend. I am better being "good" if I have lost something... not im so fed up i cant see the point in trying !

Me neither Linda - thought I was gonna lose a pound but stayed the same - I got on and off the scales 4 times this morning incase they changed their mind but they didnt

Just did spin and aqua this morning.

Woo Hoo! - it worked! - been at the gym since January - never even noticed free interent access on 5 pcs before! - thank god- we'll be without it at home for about 4 weeks while we switch over etc, at least i can keep on top of things while I'm at the gym - imagine how many pages I'd have to catch up on if I was offline for 4 weeks

What a great time to get married. Oct for us is a busy month. My b-day is the 6th, my uncle is the 5th, my DH is the 19th and our youngest DD is the 21st.

You will love the cruise. I am hooked. I have been cruising since I was 13. This is number 9 for me, number 3 for my DH.

If you need help with anything or just need to talk let me know. I did our wedding and really did not have anyone to talk to most of the time. Sometimes it just helps to talk about how excited you are. I think your idea of a honeymoon is fansatic. I truely wanted to get married at Disneyland just could not afford it at the time. Well good luck with everything.
