Wow! I had no idea that was done through computer programming...I guess it makes sense now that I think about it, but for some reason I thought the oncologists just knew all that stuff.

It actually sounds like a really interesting job. At least you're helping people in some way. I get really tired of finding ways to loan money to people who already have more money than spit.

It is interesting.....and challenging. We actually love it!! Hope you have a great time on vacation........hope all your results are PERFECT!

No, we don't work for the government........
We actually work for Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We are located half-way between Richmond (the capital of Virginia) and Washington, D.C. We work in the Radiation Oncology Department (cancer patients receiving radiation therapy treatments). We are both Dosimetrists. (WHAA???...... ) A Dosimetrist is the math and physics nerd that actual does computer programming to determine the best treatment plan option for a patient based on type of cancer, location, what vital organs might be in the path of the beam, etc...........Nothing important......thats why we can focus so much on the DIS. (just kidding...)

Thanks, Sound interesting. DW would be interested. Fredericksburg huh, I know exactlly where that is. I have allways wanted to travel throughout that area. Big Civil War buff.

No, not terrible just busy DISing JK I know exactly where that is. I lived 2 miles from Gene Autry park. Now we live about 10 miles from there. The LA Angels practice ther for the minor league. They used to spring train there, but moved.

Cass & Karen, as for knowing everyone's name it helps to have a spreadsheet in front of you at all times with everyone's info on it. Go ahead and print out the Konked Kruisers Inventory List from the Yahoo site. Be sure to set your printer at Landscape (thanks Heather) and you'll have a great source of reference. I believe everyone that posts on a regular basis is listed there. Hope this helps.

If I were Jeff there would be a smart answer to who this is. It is the DH, I try to start all my posts and replies off with "DH here" . I kinda take this over from DW while she is at work, anything to up the posts.

We figured it out by the handy dandy spread sheet DW printed off of the KK site. She did it the minute we were able to get on it. She loves all you guys and gals.
