By the way - We have a little good news! - dont want to start dancing or jinx it or anything but hopefully our house is sold, Ellis loves our new house (we viewed it yesterday) and Neil popped into the new school and they have confirmed they will save the space for him as long as no other child moves into the area in the meantime and even then they will ring us and give us the option of moving him first.

Keeping fingers crossed ...again!...sorry to bore you all with "house talk" again. Maybe in 2 months I'll be boring you all with photos of the inside once we've moved in!

You do remember that Port Orleans Riverside had a different name back in the 90's, correct? Suz and I still call it Dixielandings. Just wanted to point out at least 1 that involved Disney.

The day you get off the cruise is exactly the middle between our 2 anniversaries. Too bad we weren't on the cruise with you, we could have celebrated together.

Now I know why I always read these threads backwards (should have in this case). Here is a post from page 3:

OK, well supervisor Dennis DCL came through with a researched answer...
The problem is door destruction. Some people have been using glue and tape to post their decorations. They are trying to discourage door decorations for this reason. However, if you use a magnet or magnetic strips that is fine. I told him I would post the info and get the word out about what not to use. Big sigh of silly relief.

I would wait until we see first hand reports coming back of which signs weren't allowed. If the above is correct, everything should be fine for the magnets.

Got to work tomorrow too ! yuck....

glad the door sign thing is a bit clearer. We used blu tac last time and it was fine,we took it off the door carefully and there was no damage. The problem with magnets, they sadly get "moved" or "borrowed" Guess if we make it personal then less chance of it going missing!

With out a door sign to help me, after a few drinks it could be tricky to find the right door!
