What time you getting up Nancy? If I roll myself out of bed on the first alarm, I'll be up at 5:30 and on the computer by 5:40. Need to do work in the morning, but always have time to check the DIS first. :thumbsup2

I'm usually up at 5:00 on Fridays, but decided the lay around instead. I'm here now, where are you??

Ok so I think I understand how to play. You say that it will be a total of 20 correct. Is there still room to add me. I think this would be a fun game to play. My mind is already spinning with what I could do as gifts. Let me know if I can join.

You're in Carrie. :) We have 17 players now.

Can I ask who everyone used as their TA. We have always used AAA but are now looking at other means of booking trips. Any suggestions would be great.

I'm like Jeff. We booked onboard to get a $200.00 onboard credit plus 10% off our cruise, then switched to AAA to get an additional $150.00 to spend on Mochaccinos. Speaking of Mochaccinos....Where's Brenda???:confused3

I guess being on at night no one else is on so off to bed it is. I have the day off again tomorrow but I will be at my moms taking care of her. I will check DIS before I go and when I get home. Wish me all the luck in the world. I am going to try to get my mom out of the house and see if she can walk the length of 2 houses. If we don't get her walking soon she wont be walking on the cruise.

Did your mom have surgery? Hope she's doing better.

Oh I almost forgot my DH wanted me to explain my name of MinnMick01 and my email address for those of you that have seen it on the other site. He is so proud of himself for this one. We took his kids to Disneyland for their first time back in 2000. While there he proposed to be at Cinderellas castle right when the fireworks ended. My ring was not done being fitted for me when we went on the trip so he got a ring at the park that was 3 diamonds in the shape of mickey and used that ring until we got back home and my ring was done. It had to be redesigned in order to make it smaller for my fingers. So our nicknames for each other are mickey and minnie, (I have a mickey tatt), and we were married in 01. That way I never forget what year we got married in. So if he gets on and asks yes I told the story.

SWEET!!!:cloud9:

I lost 2lb this week

Making a total of 9lb. In a month.

FANTASTC JOB LINDA:banana:   ...(sure wish it were me too)

We went to look at a house today. For those of you who don't know already, we've been looking for a new place for several months now but the housing market in Calgary is just ridiculous!! Anyway, we found a house we really like and it suits us well and the guy who owns it is really nice so I really hope it works out for us. I really don't want to move again, we have so much crap! And the extra expense really sucks but I really do like this place and this is the first place I've seen in about 6 months that I am really excited about!

It's a little too expensive to buy it outright right now but hopefully if it works out we will try to do a rent-to-own thing. The rent is $2000/month  but it's actually quite decent compared to other similar houses in Calgary.

If you wanna peek at it, here's the link:

Awesome house Cass. I'm lovin' the porch and deck. Great place to sit back and enjoy the day. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.:yay:

So just in case my weekend gets away from me, I'd just like to make an early wish for all the moms out there.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY LADIES!!:grouphug:

What are your plans for your special day?

I'm heading out to Sam's right now to stock up on picnic foods for lunch tomorrow. We are celebrating Mom's Day with my mom on Saturday with the picnic. On Sunday, a little trip to the cemetary with flowers for Chuck's mom (she died waaaaay too early at 59, his dad at 48!) and probably up to the Dells (sorry Jeff, over and up to the Dells) for breakfast at Paul Bunyan's. I just love Paul Bunyan for breakfast but it's horrible for a diet. It's tradition for my family to do this. It's a very pricey gift that no one has to run out to buy. At least $40.00 in gas and $70.00 to feed the 6 of us. $110.00 is a lot of money for breakfast, but what the heck, it's for me!:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Have a great weekend everyone. I'm sure I'll be DISing today anyway (the boss is gone again:dance3: ).

Missy and Carrie,

Don't forget to PM me with your cabin numbers so I can add that to our lists. We'll need those to be sure the DIStaggers drop off your goodies at the right cabin.

Gotta go shopping now..... (Karen, want to join me? I know you love to shop too)

At this rate I could have another page of my own. :surfweb:

I'm here, just doing work. The joys of being able to get online from home. :sad2: Hey, it beats being in the office until 10:00 or 11:00 when it's audit time. Don't miss those days.

I do better before Suz and DS are up (his alarm goes off at 6:25). I don't have to get his breakfast until 7:00, so I get up at 5:30. If I don't have work, I go on the treadmill. Today, however, trying to get a few things done so my day isn't too hectic, so I'm doing some stuff now.

Happy Mothers' Day to you Nancy.

Have fun in the Dells. They may have a shop with the item you are in search for. :thumbsup2

Sorry to hear that Chuck's parents went so early. I though mine were early at 63(D) and 67(M), but 48 and 59 is way too early. :sad2:

Nothing special for Suz. We are going to the outlaws for breakfast (whole nother story on that one) and then she wanted to go to Ikea in IL. She also wants to go to the Weber restaurant down there.

Nancy,

Are you going to Sam's during Business Members' hours? Don't you just love that time? The only downside is they usually only have 1 register open. :sad2:

When I go for work, they do the click and pull so I just need to go to customer service, no line, they ring it up and someone brings me the cart. I love that service.

I do love that time at Sam's. Another downside is weaving through all the skids of stuff all over. I got a dirty look this morning from an employee because I stepped on a skid to get my veggie platter.

Then, I saw the sweetest site ever! Three little yellow lab puppies being trained as seeing eye dogs. I just had to run over to say hi to them. Of course, I asked for permission first, and they all had to sit nice for me first. I could have squeezed every single one of them. I told the trainer/owner that I have a yellow lab at home too and the stories began. I learned a lot in those 10 minutes. Sweet, sweet dogs.

Now I'm sitting at work and I really want to go home and play with Cabo instead. :dogdance:

Paying off two out three cruises tomorrow. Do the Happy Dance with me.:dance3: :dancer: :dance3:

Hey Jeff,

Wanna go for a "Wisconsin Page"?

Janice, Chris, Judy, Cheryl, Victoria, Kristin, Tony, Jesse, Stacy, Come help us out.:)

I don't think we have to worry about the 40 second rule. Where is everyone?

This is so silly, but I'm all about being silly. :lmao:

WHERE'S AFEG????

Nancy just making sure you weren't going for a whole page here before I posted so I went and paid some bills and came back and it looks like your gone so I won't be stealing your page :lmao:

Rachel says thank you for all the Happy Birthday wishes you guys gave her yesterday! When I told her it put a smile on her face :)

It was a hard day for her yestrerday. We had to go to the funeral last night for the mom of a good friend of hers from school. I feel so absolutely awful for her friend, her mom just got remarried and she died of a ruptured aneurysm on her honeymoon. It is just so very, very sad and hard to believe. So last night I took Rachel and another friend to the funeral service. There were so many tears. After the funeral 2 friends did come home with us and we had her birthday cake from DQ and the girls were being silly and laughing so that was good to see. When Rach went to bed last night she said it was the weirdest birthday ever, she went from being happy in the morning to crying a gallon of tears at the funeral and then laughing with friends on the way home. She had quite a headache but she woke up OK this morning and went off to school. So thank you all for helping to make her day yesterday a little better with all your birthday wishes!

Now I'm going back to where I left off yesterday to get caught up.

Jeff how many posts do we need to pass up the Repo thread?
