Hello Paige, my table buddy

Hey when I said to Wayne we were hoping to set up our own drinking session, he thought I meant you and me... . as in at the dinning table each night !



Now he is asking about the BEER tasting and if the GUYS should do this together? IF DCL would let us. Would Rob be interested?

I will see if DCL agree to the wine one first ( get our priorities right ! )

Rob would most definitely be interested in beer tasting!! Now, Brenda, if that doesn't get Jay back on this cruise, I don't know what will!!

As you will discover im the one that natters on and on, and Wayne is the tall strong silent one ! I chat and make friends with just about anyone who will put up with me, whilst Wayne is more reserved. So would enjoy doing these things, but not on his own!

I've done the tequila tasting before, that was on an at sea day.

Hello everyone!

We're finally all moved in! I see I've missed a lot. I'll catch up with everything as soon as I can, we're both just so exausted!

Now the unpacking comes. I haven't even unpacked my desktop yet, I'm sitting here on my laptop!

Having to police my wedding website now too apparently, people from here on the community board are going over there and harassing me in my wedding guestbook. So immature I have to just laugh lol. Wanted to make fun of me because of our fanny packs. Um hello, have you TAKEN a look at how many people wear fanny packs at Disney World? I know I'd leave a purse somewhere, I just know I would LOL!

We lost our two budgies today (parakeets) and it was very upsetting. I went into their room to feed them and there they were... both had passed away. Very very shaken up after that! We're going to give them a proper burial after the ground dries up a bit though!

That's all from here... just gotta start unpacking everything god help me HA!

Liz so sorry to hear about your parakeets It is so hard to loose pets, they are so much a part of our lives. So sorry to hear also about all the harassment you are getting here and on your website. Have you reported this to the moderators and are they doing anything to get this stopped?

Good Morning Friends!

I'm back after a few days of taking care of my mom after her surgery. Glad to be back where people make me happy.

So, I see I missed a bit too.

First and foremost..a huge to both Brenda and Karen for favorable test results today.

Secondly, Liz...so sorry to hear about your birdies. I think I may agree with Karen about the shock of the move. How long were you in your other place?Also, that is so sad about your stalkers. Maybe a moderator could help?? There must be a way to ban people from certain threads. Maybe a screen name change is in store for you Liz.

Thirdly, I'm not a wine drinker but like Tina, I'd love to come and watch and take a few little sips here and there. Now if it were a Margarita tasting I'd volunteer to be the "Designated Drinker"! Far be it from me to miss a "Ladies DISer Meet". Hopefully the wine tasting does not coincide with my first "Castaway Cay Club" get-together.

Well, off to my bike again. Last night I rode 20 miles on it. Ooooh does my butt (a big one, according to Jeff ) ever hurt today.

No news today - sis just emailed me...her doc wasnt there today so she has to wait til tomorow - another sleepless night waiting

Karen by having to wait another day it gives us more time to say more prayers and send more hugs and pixie dust your way! I truly hope your sister gets good news tomorrow!!! Waiting is the hardest thing.

Hey everybody! I just wanted to thank you all again for your good thoughts while I was waiting on test results. I did finally get one back today which is now leading to more tests. Had an ultrasound this morning and will be having a colonoscopy on the 14th (at least I get a 3-day weekend...and I'm guaranteed to lose a few pounds!).

Karen, I'm sorry that you are still waiting to hear something...it's frustrating, I know. I hope you and your sister get some good news soon.

Have a good afternoon... I'm going to try to get some work done now.

PS. You guys are great, you know that, right?

Lindy I'm going to call our friends from NY that are cruising with us and see if Lynn would like to be included in this. I'll let you know if you should reserve another place for her. Thanks Cheryl - since I have Crohns I use a milder prep (I don't have to drink a gallon of yucky stuff - thank goodness) but it's still no fun. But you do get a nice payoff the next day during the test when your doctor (or at least mine) dopes you up so much you can't remember who you are for the rest of the day.

At the risk of grossing anyone out, I had a T.V. ultrasound this morning - looking (and found) for endometriomas. Apparently everything's decided to go haywire at the same time.
