PS...Anyone looking to pay any money across the pond you may well wish to do it around now as the pound is up around it's year high against the dollar:rolleyes1

KAREn you can book NOW at NOON today, for your ADRS if you are staying on site....

Get dialing girl....... 001 407 9393463, it cost me £4.63 last year to book 6 ADRS.
When you call listen to the thing and press the right number is 1 or 2 or what ever, it will ask for your phone number, just DONT DO ANYTHING... it will then say... oh I did quite catch that.... DONT do anything again and it will flip on...... When you get through say you are ringing from the UK and they dont "waffle" about cust service surveys etc. You will need C Card for CRT or Princess meals in Epcot ( Guess you wont be doing those! )
other than that say a time and write down the ref number they give you. Beleive me book as many as you THINK you want, you can always cancel, but cant always get a booking.

Le Cellier needs to be done as soon as you can book other than CRT timon was right its the hardest ADR to get!

Good luck...Linda.

Thank Lindy - I'm still sorting which days where so far, but I'll try to do it tonight inbetween ball parks and Beavers and cooking and ironing:eek:

Anyone done a character lunch as aposed to brekkie? if so where?

Do you know we often ask our self's having read these Boards "HAVE WE EVER BEEN TO THE STATES BEFORE".....we never knew what such a big deal thing the eating in the parks was we just took it anyone lived on them chicken strips......The only place we eat anything remotely posh was at that restaurant shaped like a pineapple at down town disney and Mr finicky left the place and went straight for some "chicken strips".....:rolleyes1

Pineapple place? - now you have me intrigued? Never seen it!

We eat out of the parks most evenings at steak houses or Bennigans etc, we usually grab a burger at lunchtime in the parks.

Karen Heather and Chris ( for Hazel )

ALL UK Cruisers who LOVE bags !

if you want a much sought after bag from Anya Hindmarch, then get to your SAINSBURYS store for openig on wed 25th April, each store will be limited to just 30!

There will be massive queues for one, and its limited to one per person, but im sure it will be worth it... the prices they are going for on E Bay is crazy!

Thanks Lindy - will you remind me nearer the time? What do they look like?

How much are they?

Dont tell me that - I'm all paid up:sad2:

Me too Karen, ive been trying to sort out the best park tickets and prices and get them bought and paid for BUT....for about $1000 i get one and half days at UNV,half day at SW and one full day at Busch garden yet for only $200 more i get 5 14 day all park passes and it grates the fact i can't simply pass them on to another family at half price OR even donate them to some family less fortunate than us....:sad2:

No I got 2nd. The one that won 1st also got Best in Show. It was very beautiful. A worthy winner. You sure about the snow???

Excuse my ignorance...whats a coach purse???

Thinking ahead...are there any other scrapping fans apart from Cass and myself that would be interested in a scrap bag swap???? Did it on the 11 day cruise and there is one planned for the Panama trip. Didn't know if anyone would interested in doing this on ours. Just need to bring a bag of scrap goodies to the value of $??? and then we put our names in a hat and when your name get picked out you select a bag at random. Could do this at the meet.

Heather

Congrats on 2nd Place Heather! :thumbsup2

A "Coach" purse is an extremely high priced (IMHO) designer handbag. They are beautifully made and last forever. I, myself, can't afford one and it's a good thing I can't. I am one of those girls who tosses her purse on the floor of the salt and snow infested car. I put my purse on the floor of restaurants and on the sticky bar. :rotfl2: DD has four of them. Which begs the question...why am I paying for her college when she can afford a Coach?:confused3 Hmmmm, maybe time to re-think that!:lmao:

Also the world of sports (or something like that) - the stadium thingy -

Ohhhh, Karen. Be careful when the guys and the sports enthusiasts read this post. "A stadium thingy"????:lmao::lmao: :lmao:

My day 75 is 6 Aug so I thought I had loads of time to twiddle my thumbs and procrastinate:lmao:

Jeff, did you have the cut off dates for 105 days (Chris;) ) 90 days (most of the rest of us) and 75 days (my kids and other KK's)?? Also, is it 2:00 CST to time I need to make ressies online?

ps...Great wedding,

Isn't this the wedding YOU cancelled for the happy couple? :lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

PPS...I also took this weekend as an opportunity to discuss with two of my girls how nice it would be to have a very old fashion wedding were you just invite the grooms mum and dad and then go back to the local pubs back room for a pint and a few sandwiches:rolleyes1

Had that same discussion with Kristin but she wouldn't take the bait.:rotfl:

Im feeling very good today, ive been swimming for over an hour, done my shopping ( all organic helathy food,) and now Im im going to walk Jazz ( my dog) around the park ! :)

Mind you it is only day 4 of my diet :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Good girl! Gotta love that organic stuff. :dance3:

Brenda, thank you for the wonderful coments on your trip report, as I said you made me cry reading it, I was sooo touched! We had fun and I know we will meet up before the cruise, and have a few more drinks!

Chris Karen, the bags are just £5.........................yes you read right £5... its cos its a hessien type bag, with Im not a plastci bag, written on the side. The designer did this as a experiment to prompt recycling... lots of famous peope where snapped carrying them, so the prices on e bay are aroud £80.............. some more !!

Karen we do chef Mickeys for Tea, as we come out of Epcot or Mk, its in contempory on the monorail link, the monorail goes through the hotel... literally! characters are there from 5pm for tea, we prefer tea there cos we are hungry hot and tired by then and need a sit down.

Nancy, Thank you for saying you would look after us on the cruise ( on Brendas trippie) :goodvibes :goodvibes :grouphug:

Chris Dollar is looking good isnt it :thumbsup2 :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: we paid for Hard rock today so when I get my CC bill from Nationwide I will see what exchange rate we got. Lets hope it stays high for the rest of the year.

I just did it a few pages back (well probably 10's of pages back). When I have some more time this morning I will repost. Finishing up the LAST tax return this morning (except for the one that got extended and isn't due until 10/15/07, but that will be done in the next week at my leisure).

Had that same discussion with Kristin but she wouldn't take the bait.

Just tell her how nice a wedding on the cruise in October would be. Figure most of that is already paid for. :thumbsup2

O.K. enough time, here is what I came up with doing a quick calculation:

105 days: July 7 (Jul=24, Aug=31, Sep=30, Oct=20)
90 days: July 22 (Jul=9, Aug=31, Sep=30, Oct=20)
75 days: Aug 6 (Aug=25, Sep=30, Oct=20)

If it doesn't look right, let me know.

Why does DCL not just put those dates on the reservation for you?

I just looked at one of my active ressies and just gives the blah, blah, blah 105-90-75 junk. Why can't they just program it to take the date and subtract the appropriate days and put that on the screen? :confused3

EMH & MNSSHP....

Just a thought and I don't want to panic anyone, but it doesn't make any sense for the MK to have evening EMH on the same night that they are planning MNSSHP. I can't find anything that shows what the 2007 dates are yet for MNSSHP - have I missed something?

Brenda, Im with you..... there wont be Evening magic hours when MNSSHP is on. I will try and give a link to the hours I have, and you can see when the MNSSHP "might" be on from that!

Heather well done getting 2nd place........................... your arrangement was really inspiring, with the colours, as others have said.
I may try purple and orange flowers next time I "try" and arrange .
