Since the itineraries through September were just recently released, I'd say it's going to be a while before fall/winter 2017 is available.

"How hard" depends on how long you're willing to wait on the phone. Typically, phone waits are long on the first day.

It used to be in May -- but they waited so long to release the summer 2017 itineraries that it may be later in the summer now.

We have a TA and let them do all the phone work (TAs have special phone lines than the public). We have already placed our requests with her for quotes for September + October 2017 cruises and will just wait now. Takes that panic off of opening day and trying to get through
