Hi all we are looking at doing Disney this yr in October-November we normally do September but friends are going October 26th for 14 nights ( in fact they are members of DIS ! And we met them through these boards .

Anyways been looking at flights and they are insane! We are thinking of travelling a few days either side of their dates to get best flight prices my questions are

1. Would it be better to wait and book through the US site hoping for free dining!?
2.is there any sales coming up for flights with Virgin?
3. Can you get good deals by booking last minute around these times?

We don't mind where we stay although would have liked to stay at POR as this is where our friends are staying if we have to we could stay at AOA or POP.
We would like the DDP although I'm trying to price up what we would spend OOP by looking at menus and meals as our friends are in the QS plan.

Free dining has been released through the US site for September. Not impossible but personally I think it's unlikely they will release free dining for October/November. Late October is still in UK half term so unlikely to be any really good deals around those times, unless you could wait until last minute. Still wouldn't bank on it though.
