Oct. 23 - Oct. 27 OKW

Oct. 27 - Nov 2 BWV

My dd wanted to stay at AOA but my dh did not. So, us girls decided to add 1 night! pixiedust:

We're going October 26 - November 2nd and attending the MNSSHP on 10/27. 152 days and counting. I CAN NOT wait!! :)

I will be doing a solo trip staying at POR the same dates you are. We may see each other on the buses!

You won't have any trouble being 5 people in a room at POR.

I took my mom, son, niece and nephew down for 10 days back in 2009 and we had no problems at all.

Oooh, how fun would a solo trip be! :)

Ready to go, Polynesian, end of October! Couldn't be more excited...Won't tell the kids until closer to the departure, but they have always wanted to stay at the Poly:cool1::cool1:

ADRs in place, touring plans being made...Let the countdown begin!

Twins! Us too...can't wait!

THANK GOODNESS FOR DIS

It feel like forever until Oct 14th....

Is there a "week" specific thread going?

An official group for October 2013! I am so excited to have found you guys! I just requested to join the Facebook group as well.

We took our first family trip to Disney World in March 2012. It was a lot of fun (but very exhausting!). I'm planning our next trip around DS's birthday in October. I'm hoping to get YES park tickets and MNSSHP tickets. DH doesn't know that I'm planning yet. It's too close to our last trip to suggest another one.

Our sons first trip was in May of 2012 and we are booked from oct 26-nov 2 staying at Kidani. We will be celebrating DS 5th Birthday on this trip (which isn't util nov 13) but we really wanted to be there for Halloween and do mnnshp that night, so we will be celebrating a little early!

We are going October 2-10, staying @ CBR, then headed to the Disney Dream for a 3 night Bahamas cruise, can't wait! We received a pin code for free dining about a week ago! This will be our 9th trip, and the first time we've ever gotten a pin code for anything. We are so thrilled to be getting free dining, so everyone keep an eye out, one might be coming your way!

Never thought DH would want to go back again, but he surprised me the other day and is up for another trip to the World. :woohoo:

We just made our reservation for October 23-28 at POR, and then called to extend an extra two days til the 30th. :) Room-only at this point, as we're waiting on confirmation of the kids' Fall break, and I'm starting to feel a little guilty taking them out of school for Disney. DS9 will be in 4th grade next year - having him out two days on top of Fall break isn't that bad, but I'm not sure yet if I want to take him out any longer than that. We'll add free dining if it's offered or if I can grab a PIN code.

We're also going to MNSSHP on October 24th - had SO much fun last year, we just had to do it again! DH and I will also hit F&W, just not sure which night yet. Saturday the 26th maybe, but I know it'll be super crowded.

So excited! :)

Well, so much for holding off until we see next year's school calendar. We converted our room-only to a package today - we're all in now! :)

We are going to Disneyworld from Oct. 12 to 22/13 with our 9 year old son and 6 year old granddaughter. First trip and we are so excited! Have tickets for MNSSHP for Oct. 17 as everything I have read says this party is not to be missed.

Wow, I'm late getting into this. We're going to WDW October 19-27, staying at POR. First time at WDW since 2000, so it will be largely a new experience - we will have our 14-YO son (he was almost 2 YO in 2000) and our 4-YO son (he'll be about 4 1/2 in October). I will have my 50th birthday while we're there, though it's not the reason for the trip - it just worked out that way. But it does allow me to have a certain "I'm entitled to this trip and all that it costs" attitude, which ain't bad.

Two questions I might as well ask here:

1) So are people getting free dining pin codes sent to them for October, even though free dining was only announced for September? I didn't book a dining plan, as I just can't see us spending that much time sitting and eating when we could be doing attractions. I've only booked a few full service dinners, all our breakfasts will be quick and in the room.

2) Does the Food & Wine thingy have any NEGATIVE effect on visits to Epcot while it's on? I hope not, as I already feel like the Halloween party is messing with things enough.
