I haven't booked yet but probably will when we received our income tax return next month or so. Hoping for mid to end of October! My kiddos get 2.5 days off from school so it works well. I will be taking them to WDW by myself.

Just booked today for the week of 10/27-11/3 @ Pop! So excited, and hoping for some kind of discount to come, but if not--oh well! Just happy to celebrate Halloween at WDW! I haven't been since 1996 when I was 16!

I'm praying for a nice room discount so that we can do some extras...MNSSHP and V&A's with Kids Club. A lovely 30-40% off would cover those.

We will be there that week too! FYI, when I was adjusting my reservation the WDW agent said 3 times, "You REALLY need to watch for FD on your dates" & "If FD opens up for yours dates I can change your ressie to that instead of 30% code."
When I told her last year we missed FD on the same week she said something about it not being close to Columbus day this year.

It gave me some hope we MAY have FD during our week!

Need to make my ressies soon too....we went the last week of September last year and it was a bit too hot and crowded for us so we're moving our trip back to October. We just stayed in September last year because of the different free dining cut off dates, and not wanting the 1 or 2 weeks they offered in October. Anyhow....looking forward to it, need to make some final decisions soon on dates and this year we'll be booking an extra room for my 18 year old....fun fun.

First post! We are going to be there from Oct. 11-18. Our end date is flexible as we are going for our honeymoon! I really hope to get some sort of discount so we can do more while we are there! You guys are giving me hope for maybe some FD since the AAA discount isn't that great.

Same dates for us, but we're spoiling ourselves this trip and staying at YC.

We did book thru AAA, so got that rate, but I also got a PIN code in the mail the other day that my TA is going to look into.

Sounds like the one I got. I called WDW Reservations today and was told that even though it says October, it's actually good through the end of the year and that the discounts are anywhere from 10-35%. But they definitely have to be booked by 2/1.
