Do you know what the discount would be/was at a deluxe? We would love to stay at Poly but can't unless we get a discount. Right now we are booked at CBR through AAA.

I too wanted to stay at the Poly( had room booked there) and that resort was not available for the visa rates nor the AP rates when both were released. The only 2 options we were offered were the epcot resorts or cabins at FW. I called numerous times and was on the phone at 7am the morning the visa discount came out and the AP rates were released. We used the AP rate and it was about 20% at the BC. Friends that traveled with us stayed at the cabins.

I'm not holding my breath for codes until sometime in summer. Late July - early Sept. Most likely mid August. I went in '06 and according to my notebook booked a very decent package on "August 17th" for 9 nights Oct. 14-23 without dining for $634.83 at Pop Century Resort. That included a one day base ticket.

Can a 1 day base ticket be used at either TL or BB? I have room only ressies at Pop for a short weekend in October and we only have Saturday to do something (MNSSHP on Sunday...Fri & Mon are travel & hotel hang out days) and thought about a water park...weather permitting. Can I use that 1 day base for that (assuming some sort of package is offered)?

We are planning to be there Oct 10-18. Just called to check rates and they quoted me rack of $185 for Car Beach preferred. I receive postcards but the dates never seem to work for us. I did mention when I called that I received a card but the dates didn't start until Oct 19th and she replied that we might receive another so I have my fingers crossed.

You can buy a one day waterpark ticket for about $40 per adult. You can not use a theme park ticket to get into the waterparks if that was your question.

According to Mousesavers.com's historical discount page, the discount codes for October came out mid August.

If my sister's oldest 2 come along there will be 19 of us, otherwise 17 for the last week of October 2008. The largest group I've planned for so far! Most of the trip will be DVC points, but 3 nights of it will be cash & discounted I hope! (I hate to use points for weekend nights, & we arrive on a Friday and leave the next week on Saturday. Come on discounts ! )

If you have booked a package, you can call when a discount comes out and have your reservation modified.
