October 2008 2008 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Cancelled

I am about ready to give up on LTT 10/28 for an earlier time. (we have 7:25). I just called, and the CM said they are booked for the entire night. I am honestly debating just canceling the adr. I hate to miss party time. If I do this, you all will be the first to know, in case someone wants it.

I'm still ISO Ohana for breakfast on 10/10 for 3. I can trade my Ohana breakfast on 10/11 at 10:45 am for 3. I am now planning to go to Epcot on 10/11 and the ADR I have messes up my plans. I also have Kona Cafe lunch 12:15 on 10/10 that I will not need if I get an Ohana for that day. Thanks!!

I'm cancelling Flying Fish at 6:30 and Citrico's at 7:15 both on Saturday the 11th for two people -- I didn't realize I still had Flying Fish but my notes say I do and now we're going to Tony's Town Square instead of either one. Canceling now!

I called yesterday looking for a dinner reservation on 10/15, armed with several different options, and was pleasantly surprised that there was some availability. I ended up with Kona Cafe at 7:40. However, there were also a couple times after 9:00 for Narcoosee, California Grill, and The Wave (I was calling about a party of 5), and Citricos had about 4 times available during the five o'clock hour, and a couple of times after 9:00.

Also, a girl I know worked at Chef Mickey's a couple years ago as a college intern, and I was talking to her recently, and she says if there is something you want really bad, call when you get to Disney, and even call the day you want to eat there, as she said they always had some last minute cancellations.

So keep calling if there is something you need/want, you never know what will open up.
