Looks like this is when we will be going to Disney :cool1: Even though seems like such a long time away (OK, it actually is :rolleyes1 ) but just wondering as far as flights, when do you think they will be available for these dates? How soon would you get yours? We are hoping for jetblue not sure when they will put these dates out. :confused3

Just browsing a few select airlines ... AirTran goes to April 2007, Delta only goes "no further than 331 days from today" (according to the error message I got when I tried July 31, 2007), right now Southwest is accepting reservations through January 9, 2007, and JetBlue is only giving to April 2007.

JMO, but I'd wait until no sooner than 6 months, maybe even wait until 4 months. Definitely wait until the discount carriers like Southwest and Jet Blue have their schedules released. If you book something now, when the discount carriers aren't offering anything for that time period, you may end up paying more. Plus, this far out you're sure to see some changes to your flight times. You still may at 6 months, but not as many as you would at 14.

If there's any chance that you'll need a rental car, I suggest you book that now. Rates always seem to be lower the longer out you book. Plus, unlike airfare, you can cancel and rebook without penalty if rates drop.

We're going this October and we bought our tickets on Delta the first week of December 2005.

We paid $178/person for a total of $535 for the 3 of us.

We are going August 2007 and have been looking to see how much tickets will be. They are not out yet. I suppose they may be out through some airlines in a couple of months. My only problem will be - to buy at a decent ticket price or wait until it gets closer and hope for the best....I am not a gambler, so I will probably just jump on something that I can accept - and not look back. Don't look back.... :thumbsup2

We are going October 2007 also. I will also probably book whatever looks good at the time. When we went in June, we flew Airtran for $187 pp to Orlando from Indianapolis. If I can get something for under $200 pp, then I will probably take it when the flight are released.
