Thank you. Is this posted somewhere on the DCL website, for those who aren't DISsers and want to know?

Of course not. That would make things too easy.
DCL's IT Dept. can't be hassled with this kind of info.:rotfl:
This was challenging to assemble. I found info reading posts and, cut and pasting, to comply with our sailing.

I edited my previous post some fwiw.

ETA; The info is feed to you daily in the Navigators though. But that doesn't help with any scheduling.
I've reviewed past navigators to help gather this info. This info is the most asked on the main board.
It basically stays the same for each itinerary too. So it not like something they couldn't show.

OK Beer Tasters- Let's plan on Sunday at 12ish at La Piazza on deck 4. Sound good? I know some will be a little late with brunch- but I'm sure we'll all still be there and I'm sure there'll still be plenty of tasting going on!

Sounds good -thanks!

The St. Louis Beers and the Salted Caramels will likely arrive around 12:30 that afternoon.

BTW ... did you need us to bring any cups at all for tasting?

Yes, I gather all the info that I know about the different nights from various Navigator and came up with what you have. You would think that they would post this somewhere since that do have formal nights and whatnot. How would a new traveler know any of this? Thanks for your help.

I know your daughter. I see her around occasionally

Now you have ME curious. You will have to say hi to us on the ship, We, usually the 4 of us, hang out around the starboard side of Cove cafe area. Love to meet fellow Disers, also how do you know her. Phil

And the current peep total is 22.

Joanie- did you ever hear back from your other couple?

No, but my idea is to keep us listed as 6 since I figure 2 of the females will be there :grouphug:, but won't taste.

Sorry I forgot about responding.

Thanks for doing this...:disrocks:

It's getting so close now. Today I'm thinking about starting to pack. I need try on all the clothes I'm thinking of packing and be sure they still fit:rotfl: No sense bringing anything thats even a "lil tight"... Has anyone else out there started packing?

I've also been checking the weather reports and it looks like it will be in the high 80's when we sail..Yay!!!!:cool1:

my wife is about to start packing so you are not alone! :)

we are excited!

I wonder how busy this cruise will be with this time of year

The bulk of the packing will happen tomorrow. We'll be on the road at o'dark:30 Saturday. I've had a staging area for 2 weeks or so, and I always have a plastic bin with cruise/Florida paraphernalia at the ready. Never know when we may need a Disney and/or cruise fix.

Thank you for that!

I work at the Magic Kingdom (and I worked with her a few times back in 2006).

I don't know? :scared: We booked this 15 - 18 months ago. Our first DCL if you can believe that. ;) I became obsessed with research and the DISboards, reading and absorbing everything I could.

Now it's time to pack and sail. What if we love it. What if we don't. It's ironic how my emotions are shifting. Initially it was a fantasy. Now it's a reality. My wife hopes after the cruise I will spend less time on the DISboards. She has always threatened to block the site.
I just hope reading all the trip reports and such won't affect my expectations. I will try to forget all I read and go with the flow.:)

I know, if we love it, book a dummy. But it seems all this excitement and research is coming to an end. I just hope the actual sailing will live up to the hype.:confused3

Initially when I was planning this trip it was a toss-up between DCL and NCL. DCL won out due to "kids are young once" (thank you disers-- I think). So my new premature conclusion is, as most recommend, is start planning your next cruise as you board your current one, or shortly there after, so I can continue the obsession. Or perhaps seek professional help. :rotfl:

NCL Breakaway to Bermuda feels and sounds gooooood. Well unless DCL totally wows us, and the kids will cry if we mention NCL.:lmao:

JMTs for tonight.
Of course, life is tough when we have these decisions to make.;)

Dude we leave 7 days from tomorrow, your late single digit days started 2 days ago!

Your Loving Wifey!

You guys are posting to / with each other in the same house.(I think)
I thought I was twisted. :rotfl:
You all really need a cruise to relax.;)

See ya soon.:thumbsup2

ETA; Actually maybe you are far apart. But soon will be together on the Fantasy.:cool1:

geesh...just DAYS away!

Hey, I 've been reading about Martini tastings and mixology classes.... is this stuff not scheduled or announced until on board or am I missing some important part of my planning screen?

Thanks!

Those are booked after you board the ship. I'm not sure where though.

I know I've read that at least one TA has setup a special one ahead of time too.
