Hi everyone! Just checking in. Had my doctor's appointment today and my mammo came out ok, BUT I have to go for a CAT SCAN to find out more about my lump. The lump is more on near the arm pit and he isn't sure if it is a lymphnoid(sp) that's gone wrong.... or something else. So I thought this was all done with, but it still continues!!! He told me that I will get dye shot into me and need blood work done etc...

So that's my news! I need a vacation!

JULIE: Better safe then sorry. Let the doctor investigate all the doctor wants but I wouldn't be surprised if it is something with the "ducts" since you have a baby.

SANDY: I am SOOOOOOOOOO excited & feel much better after having booked All Star Movies & ordered the tickets for MNSSHP. Are we dressing up? Since they have a "Pirates Night" on the cruise, we could all dress up as wenches & Ted could be our pirate leader. Would he go for it? It will take a lot of talking to get Joyce to dress up. I still have my mouseketeer costume. I am going to price park tickets today at AAA.

Hey all! I didn't have time to post yesterday.

We got a security system installed for free yesterday. It was promo since we are in a new house in a new area. They usually get a lot of business from the sign in the yard. It will be activiated in 7 days. They give you time to play around with it and get used to it. It seems like a good system.

Today I had a bunch of people in to do small stuff that we found on walk through or since we moved in.

It is cloudy and cool and breezy, with a little rain from Ivan. Luckily we miss this one mostly.

Julie: Don't you hate all this stupid stuff that goes wrong??????

Glad everyone seems to be getting their trip plans ironed out.

Heidi: How horrible to be so homesick! I hope your friend can get out and make new friends soon. What about a mom's group?

Sue: Don't you have enough to do? Hang in there with Ivan!

Good Afternoon!

Forgot to post yesterday from work. But here I am!

Got the new computer hooked up. My Dad is absolutely the best. He can do anything on the computer. He should have gone into business fixing computers. I don't know what I would have done without him. I also have DSL and fast computer. I love playing on it.

Denine- I have never booked a cruise through DVC when can we expect the docs for out Oct cruise??

Bob leaves Tuesday for Germany for 3 weeks. He gets back 2 days before vacation. I am going to have to get everything ready myself. Hope I remember everything.

Day from you know where at work today!!! The big meeting we had on Wed. is causing my boss to be very defensive and cold shoulder and distant and basically not what we expected. Personally I had a meeting with her regarding my digs at work...at least I am getting my appropriate space. Of course she hates me know but oh well...it is 7.5 hours out of my day!

I hope to make it to the church tomorrow...if I do I will try to take some pics to send to you all.

If you ruin Castaway Cay for us we will be very unhappy!!!!! You will be relegated to the kids table!

Do you all think we will still stop on Grand Cayman? I wouldn't mind another day at sea or 2 on Castaway (dreaming).

Plan on going to Curves at 8:30...will stop at the wedding at 2PM.

My son went to Wheel of Fortune...he is not telling how he did but told my mom (still not communicating with me) not to get too excited. It will air January 25th so you all can see the brat.

Good morning and Happy Saturday. The sun is back out and it is a beautiful day. We definitely have had our share of rain.

Turner had hockey practice yesterday evening and then we went out for dinner. I missed Big Brother again, so I have no clue how it is going to end. Someone fill me in, please.

Today and tomorrow, Turner's team has scrimmage games with Atlanta. Then next weekend, we go to Atlanta for a few more scrimmage games. The season is definitely upon us!

It is so nice to load websites and not have to wait forever.

This is Bob's last weekend home before he goes to Germany. We are trying to get stuff taken care. He gets home on Friday the 8th and we will be staying in Denver on Saturday the 9th since we leave at 6:30 in the morning.

Sandy you must be REALLY busy not to post. Not like you! Maybe we can do dinner on Oct 9 since we will up there anyway.

Oh you guys are so close to having a wonderful, fun trip together. Whaaa. Here I sit, selling CubScout popcorn (yawn), hating the level of homework the kids hate to do, (sigh) looking at how much I'm overspending on a Hawaii for 12 nights after Christmas (ouch), oh, and working a little to pay for it!
I want to see a picture of Ted with his wenches!!!!!
Glad no one got slammed too bad with rain or tornadoes. What a horrible season for so many. The news is getting too depressing. (as usual)
OK, off to help my Mom at her garage sale. (I hate them) I say just donate the stuff and write it off on the taxes. Period. She's helping her daugher-in-law make back some money on baby clothes. Next time I bet she'll rather just give her some money. LOL

Beautiful weather here in CO. Woke up thinking about Joyce's dd wedding today. Hope the rain held off. I remember a year ago last Monday how it was.

Bonnie, Jeanne better stay away from CC!! I, too, wouldn't mind an extra sea day instead of Grand Cayman if we can't make it. Heidi loved that stop last time so I am not so sure she would agree to that one!! Remind us closer to Ryan's debut on the Wheel of Fortune. I will definitely watch it.

Barb, I think we will have to pass on Oct 9th. Sorry!!

Julie, thanks for the coupon but ummm, we aren't going this time. Oh, were you trying to be mean and nasty? Well..............it worked. Have one and let us all know about it. I plan to get them at Signals. They do a pretty good job. Hopefully, the same bartender will be there. She was the ONLY one that knew how to make them and was the one that gave me the recipe. I agree, let the doctor investigate all he wants!! Better than not doing anything at all!!

Jeanne, I feel much better as well after making the decision to move. RonJons was very nice about it. I wanted to dress up "pirate" and even have shopped. Didn't find much other than a patch. I think Ted would go along with it. I bought tropical but can wear it anytime. Just a shirt and tank top.

Julie, we bought our park hopper passes online at a place called Discount Disney and Universal Tickets. Heidi had posted about our dilemma on the budget board and got a response from BethR a moderator about this place. It opened up to a great discussion as we were able to order 2 day park hopper passes.

Denine, great job. I would have taken advantage of the free security as well. How is our baby, Kaleigh doing?? Give her hugs from me.

Going shopping today. Lost 16 lbs and clothes are starting to get loose around the waist. Might need to buy a couple pair of shorts.

It is pouring here!!! Poor Lesley!!! I thought it would only be gray and overcast this morning but the remnants of Ivan have hit with rain and some wind.

Glad to see everyone around this weekend...even Lori!

I am trying to think of a good wench costume...a little tough. Need one of those old off the shoulder peasant blouses and a full skirt...think they would let us in barefoot? Either that or a boustier (SP)!

The ceremony was wonderful, the bride radiat & beautiful, the brides mother gorgeous...and I wanted to go home with the grooms family!!!! They all came over from Ireland...take me home!!!
They must name their first son Ivan however...rain, wind but it didn't dampen their joy or spirit at all!

I emailed the pictures to you all...not very good but you will get the gist of it.

Wow it is great to see you back Lori! Hawaii for Christmas sounds really fun!!

Tiffany has been in a lousy mood lately. Since she is not cheering this year she has put on a few pounds. She is not fun to be around right now. She tells me she is going on a liquid diet. I'm telling her she's not. She is only 16 I have encouraged her to start working out and watch her carbs. She is pretty tall and still looks thin to me. I think I will rejoin the Y in January once my Curves membership expires. Since it is for the family she will be able to work out. She is also underpleased that the car she drives is old and doesn't run very fast. She is not buying the "you should be happy with what you have theory" I am about to strangle a 16 year old!

Guess I am a little down today but I did get the house cleaned.

Well, I was about to settle in and read my book when the phone rings...It was Jeanne saying to come to the reception! A couple people from work couldn't come so I was Diane somebody, threw on some clothes a little make-up and...what a great time!

Continuous Cosmo's! Jeanne was feeling no pain at one point, good one's though! Food was terrific. Terrific music-I was in heaven with the Irish music. Danced my feet & legs off! AND Guess who caught the bouget???? Despite being in the back corner,...generally a safe place to be, It fell into my arms. Lucky for me (or maybe unlucky) no garter so I didn't have some single young man with his hands up my leg...Darn!!!

Will send reception pics tomorrow. Too tired right now. Poor Jeanne has to work in the morning!!! Pray for flex time for her! Of course she has a story to tell you all! Yee Ha!!! Ride em' Cowboy! Or should I say Cowgirl...
