Hi all! Nothing of any interest here. It never fails, when the kids go back to school, the weather heats up! It is suppose to be in the upper 80's all week. Wish we had this weather the last two weeks!

Jeanne, way to go on the bargains! I wish I could find them around here. I need to get somethings for the cruise too.

Sandy, way to go on the 8lbs. YOU GO GIRL!!!! This must be some diet! Did you try the green ice tea? You won't hurt my feelings if you don't like. I really think that it has helped me with my weight.

SANDY: I'll try any diet at least TWICE! So send me your diet. I need to lose weight FAST!!!!!!!!! I forgot to tell you I got "Tinkerbell" P.J.'s half-price at the Disney Store. They had both P.J.'s with shorts & long pants. Saving them for the cruise - meet you up on the top deck with them on for morning coffee or tea. I'm glad you talked to Faith. How sad is that about the fire & Lynda losing her daughter & granddaughter. There are pages of sympathy postings.

Back from the Dr.'s with my Aunt & they still don't know why she is having the groin pain - more tests!

OK, I want to be size 10 again too!! Even though I am doing weight watchers again, Sandy, I want to know your diet plan too! Congrats on your continued weight loss!

I helped Turner study for a Canada test tomorrow by throwig the footbal again tonight. I know all the territories and their capitals, and so does Turner!!!

Tomorrow, Turner begins try-outs for travel again! We should know something early next week whether he makes it or not. He doesn't act nervous at all but I am nervous for him. You just never know!

What a tragic story about your PC cruiser's family. I can't imaine having such a loss.

I have to attend an all day training class tomorrow. I sure hope it isn't very boring. The room where it will be held has no windows and tomorrow is supposed to be another nice day.

I may not be back online until Wednesday. I'll miss you all!

Hey guys, I'm comin' to the pro's, here.
I'm trying to decide on a fall break vacation. I've wanted to see Epcot for ... EVER but also want some beach and snorkeling time. Need advice on where to stay for each element. I'd like to fly in, have a cheap hotel near Epcot, get up in the morning and do Epcot til they kick us out, sleep like bricks in our cheap hotel, then off to the beach and our really nice luxurious resort for a 3 or 4 days of relaxation with some nice snorkeling. Any ideas??? I thought maybe 'Tween waters Inn on Captiva Island but they are still cleaning up after Charlie. (Maybe a good deal in there) but how will the water be? Maybe New Smyrna beach? It's closer to Orlando. Advice needed!!!!

Lori, the snorkel thing, I'm not too sure about. Garry and I stayed at the Don Ceasar Resort in St. Petersburg and that was very luxurious! The Beach was wonderful! Siesta Key and Long Boat Key are also very nice areas. There is Vero Beach on the Atlantic side. I hope I gave you some ideas.

Double Tree in downtown disney might be in the "cheap" range. If you are only staying one night or so, you could do one of the All Star resorts and just ask for late check out (I think it is 1pm). They are under $100 a night.

Sandy-the car is Pam's. Terrible fire! What a horrible thing to happen! I will be wearing a long gown for formal night...last time I wore my Wow dress for the semiformal...doubt I will get in it this time! I need to lose 15# by then. I have an outfit that I can wear for semi-formal

Still fighting my father in laws checkbook. The only way I was able to reconcile was by rewriting the check register. He didn't like that idea. I don't think he understands what I did. I'm here, I'm here. I had atleast a thousand emails to read from my work email and now finally have had the time to get on here. Boy am I glad that the 2 week training is finally over. I missed you all, looks like I missed alot and I quickly read through the pages I missed.

Susan - maybe we can all chip in some money and have a shared internet package for you so we can chat with you while on the cruise, any takers? We can all share the ID and password and get on to help Susan out!!

Julie - I have to go back next month for my follow-up appointment with the cervical cancer thing that happened almost a year ago. I hope the lump isn't anything..best wishes to you.

YEA- Bonnie is going on the cruise, I am so excited that I hopefully get to meet most of you. Then instead of pictures I can see the real you!!!!

Hopefully once work slows down I can start to work on the magnets for my mom. I am so glad my DIS withdrawals will be gone and I can post again every day!!

Guess I should get back to work, people are acting like I have been gone for months. I guess I have been gone since August 5th and it is now August 24th, almost a month!!!

YEAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Heidi is back! We sure did miss you! I want to change my cruise! waaaaaaaaaa! The 23rd cruise is ALMOST a reunion cruise! We have to try and meet before the two cruises or I'll really be upset. But Barb, Sally, Patty, Denine and I will get the cast ready for all of you! I don't think that the ship could handle all of us! LOL! But boy would that be a story to tell everyone on board! Here is a group that met back in 2002 and are still great friends and talk everyday still! If you think about it, that is one TRUE FAMILY!

Gonna go, the weather is beautiful outside and we want to enjoy it while we can! I'll check back in later!!!

Wow I finally get to get back on and only one post to read during lunch. We must have alot of busy bees today. Atleast I know Julie loves me!!!! I second that all of us have meet after/before the cruise.

Lori: Sorry, can't help. We haven't stayed any place other than OKW in a long time. The nice beach hotel is the Disney hotel in Vero Beach. We enjoyed our 1 night stay there.

Cruisers: We need to come up with a meeting place between our cruises. Any good ideas?

Jeanne: Tink jammies! I have Pooh and M & M jammies.

We get the keys 1 week from today!!!!!!

We have a new phone number and we signed up for other utilities today.

We are hoping to go to the Lorain County fair tonight.

I got more stuff packed. This is a never ending job!

Julie-What do you mean you want to change cruises! We will have fun if we plan on getting together! I am all for setting a meeting place. We can hang out together. We will have fun!

Denine- How exciting!! I SO wish I was closer I would love to see your house. I bet you are laying awake at night thinking of all the cool things you can do with your house. If I wasn't 3 days from you I would be there to help you move!

Jeanne- Thanks for the info on the passport. I am amazed you are getting it SO fast. I am afraid to send off my birth certificate when I need it by Oct 10. I am going to have to get one before our Panama cruise. That is going to be really SUPER fun!

Don't worry Barb, Sally, and Denine I'm not jumping ship! I know we will have a great cruise too! We will have fun on our cruise too! We just HAVE to meet on board (wink wink Barb! Remember the wine party PLEASE!!! LOL!) Just wishing we ALL could be on 1 cruise, a reunion cruise. We will have to plan something! I wish we could go on the repo cruise with all of you, but we can't and I will feel the same way then too! Just wishing we all could get together again! I know, we will, we will.

Susan, tell Turner to GO GET'EM! I know he'll do great and make the team! If not, they will have to deal with the cruisers rath!!!! LOL!

The meeting between cruises, we will have to find a place. Depending on when we get off the ship (around 9am-ish) and what time the Oct.23rd cruisers want to get to the port will determine where we meet. We might have to just meet in the parking area. We will have a car there, so it won't be a problem for us, it will all depend on how everyone is getting to the port. We must work on it.

Yay, more posts for me to read before I go home. I am sure my family will get to the port as early as possible so we can be the first ones on the ship, but I am not completely sure. I want to meet everyone.

Susan - if the darn people in Wash DC would have cooperated, I could have already met you. They need to get their acts together, but they just used us as the bad guys and don't need the back-up anymore because they just blamed us for the bad news.

Barb - HI, how is the wedding coming?

Lori - Wish I could help you, but I don't know the area!!!

Still looking for cheap transportation from the airport to Ron Jon's. Any ideas? I know the towncars range from $90-105 one way, Ron Jon's is $55, and I can't find if Mears will go to the resort. Any help would be grateful.

Julie, I feel the same way. WE ALL HAVE TO MEET AGAIN, all of us at one time. Barb and crew might even make it. lol

We will drop off our rental car around 8 and could meet in the parking lot. Ted may or may not need to make a couple of trips with all the luggage and Heidi, too. According to what DCL told Faith, we won't have to wait in line to board but I am a little nervous on that one. We aren't in the suite, SHE is. But..... they did link us. Our ressies reflect it.

Julie, you do not need the diet. You are already skinny!! Being that I am as nice as I am I will send it to you even though you don't need it. So far, I know Susan wants one, Denine, Jeanne and Julie. In the mail tomorrow.

Had a really bad day at work - busy, busy, busy. We will probably be really busy from now until the end of September (the busiest month of the year).

HEIDI: Welcome back!

Already called Joyce & told her Thursday after work is DEFINATELY a margarita night!

BONNIE: You should join us. We get to Los Amigos around 7:30 P.M. after work. Joyce said she is available for shopping early Saturday morning if that is okay. I will pick her up & then pick you up but you have to tell us where the bargains are!

Hi all...it is great having a car!! And a tooth!!! Love my new dentist...he can't wait to get to work on my mouth! And my pocketbook I'm sure!

Jeanne...early Sat. is good...Pam wants to tag along too...good one for opinions.

We can try Moorestown Mall-Boscov's has a big sale, Lord & Taylor although I stopped in the one in Bridgewater and they were pretty picked over. THere is Loehman's there also. Then last but not least is Syms...they run around $60 there.

I don't know yet what time I am getting to the airport but as soon as I know I will let you know Sandy...may just rent a car if it is cheaper to get to the hotel.
