Stacey - Hope you are feeling up to par now. That is so cute what Joey was telling everyone. To get the monitor, you probably would have to be there 1-2 hours before they opened their doors. Don't forget about your warning ticket you got!!!
Denine - I wish I could shop at the amish. Do they sell dehydrated marshmallows? I am trying to get some and everybody says the Amish stores but we don't have any around here!!!
Julie - sounds like you had a good Thanksgiving. Thanks for the reminder for the secret santa gifts.
I had a very buys weekend and need a week to recover!!! Thanksgiving was a lot of fun and got to see my aunt and cousins who I haven't seen in a year. My other cousins, (my mom use to babysit them and they are more like our brother and sister), Chris's girls, Chris, my dad and I all played croquet and had a blast. I had a full house that night because my 2 cousins spent the night a long with the girls. One cousin stayed with Chris to play a golf game on the Xbox while my other cousin went shopping with me. We put up the Christmas tree and decorated the house.
We woke up on Friday at 3am to get all the great deals. I managed to get everything on my list as well as my best friends list so it was a worthwhile shopping trip!!!! Saved a lot of money waking up that early and fighting the crowds. After my 2 hour nap, we made a gingerbread house. I hadn't made one for years so it was a lot of fun. The girls loved doing that but they ate way too much candy. That night we met up with my parents for dinner at CiCi's pizza because the girls wanted to go there.
Saturday I went out with my best friend because this weekend her ex-husband flew down to CO and had their son for the weekend. It was her first kid free weekend. We had fun and then she went and got a small tattoo of a heart. We call it the care bear heart because that was her inspiration.
Sunday we had to take the girls back home and they were begging to stay. I thought they would have had enough of us, but I am glad they had fun.
