I guess I will be talking to myself today unless Sally comes through for me. No Denine, Barb's day off is today, my dad's day off is today so my mom will be running errands with him, Stacey is at the campground. Julie and Jeanne have disappeared. Julie needs to tell us about Gary's Las Vegas trip!!! C'mon people it is cold outside, I am bored and at work....help me!!!

Oh-oh, Heidi has learned the task of talking to herself here. Soon she will realize that all you have to do is call out the MOUNTIES or starting singing. People come out of the woodwork when one of us start singing.

Lori, I absolutely loved the story about the Mexican postal worker. How crazy is that? Yep, Heidi, my daughter, is PoohFriend and Stacey, my other daughter (the one that got married) is Disfan.

It is a very cold and dreary day. I mean cold. It is suppose to snow.

Sorry Heidi, I was shampooing carpets, doing a little cleaning and then reading as it is a gray day and I love to read on gray days.

When my grandaughter got home we went out to eat and then came home and watched tv......nothing too exciting today.

Right now they are having a freezing rain with really bad road conditions....my grandaughter is doing an Easter egg hunt for one of her developers tomorrow.....at least she was suppose to...looks like they will have to call it off

My grandson and family arrive home tomorrow afternoon..they are moving back from Australia and we are having a welcome home party tomorrow evening for them Then he has to turn around and fly back to Fiji for a board meeting on Sunday.

Hello form Winter Wonderland! The place where a baseball game and it's make-up are both called due to snow. You should have seen them playing yesterday. They were only 1 strike away from an official game and they called it. I was not happy. Then, they schedule the make-up game today and it was cancelled because of snow. There was probably 8 inches at work. The roads have been nasty all 3 days I worked. We haven't gotten out of the 20's.

Kaleigh had fun coloring Easter eggs last night. They are still at Jerry's mom's, so I haven't seen them all day.

I did get Kaleigh's Easter basket put together. I also got my Easter pie made. It is has to refrigerate for 3 hours before I can finish it.

I actually had fun working 3 days in a row. I got to talk to people other than a 4 year old. I felt a part of society, not to mention the money. I work Thursday, Friday and Saturday next week too.

Heidi: Don't talk to yourself. It is never a pretty sight when someone starts that. I hope you like the wedding place.

Lori: OMG! 2 posts!

Sally: I like to read when it is sunny! I am currently reading Cider House Rules. I never saw the movie.

It is snowing again. I was hoping it had stopped. All my spring flowers got frozen along with the flowers on my cherry tree. We just planted it last year and I was excited to see it bloom. Hopefully next year.

Happy Easter everyone! I am just a little early......we are suppose to go to the mountains with Barb to her DIL parents cabin but I guess we will have to wait and see how the roads are. I did get the mac and cheese made today...

I scrapbooked and watched tv today after cleaning the downstairs.....

Going to bed early as I am tired....only slept about 4 hours last night....

HAPPY SNOWY EASTER EVERYONE !!​

Woke up to snow today. I feel so sorry for people that bought all those pretty spring dresses for the little ones and it is much too cold to put them on!

I am having 11 adults and the grandbabies over for ham today. I was going to have an Easter egg hunt outside for the babies but um, guess it will be throughout the house instead.

OH-OH-OH. I forgot to tell you guys. We bought a new camera on Friday. We got an Olympus Stylus 770SW that can be submerged under the water for up to 33 feet and is crushed resistant up to 220lbs and can withstand a drop up to 5 feet. I was tired of wasting money on the disposable water cameras. Some pictures were great and others were not so good. Quite honestly, the price is reasonable too.

Good Morning!

Today is the first day we have seen the sun since early Friday morning. Burrr it was cold this weekend. My drive into work today was breath taking. The frost on the trees, bushes and weeds was so beautiful.

We had a good Easter. We decided to not chance going up into the mountains because the snow was falling fast and started sticking. Instead we went to dinner with my parents at Country Buffett. Man it was packed! then over to their house to play cards. Tim (my nephew) and his family came over in the evening along with Jason and Michelle. It is fun having so much family living in Colorado. Between Jason and Tim we were laughing all night
they are so much alike and very very funny.

Watched Amazing Race last night. I love that show. What a bad decision the couple that got elimenated made! My favorite team (the blondes) made some enemys last night another bad decision!

Denine-Lets set our dinner plans!! How about Saturday April 28th at Alfredo's? I already have a reservation. Patty & Ken will be joining us. Not sure about my Mom and Dad I think they have other plans. If this works let me know and I will change our reservation to accomodate everyone.

As Barb said we had a great Easter....family is so much fun. Jason told us he might get a job in Colorado and of course that upset Barb so much...

With him and Tim both living here there will never be a dull moment....

Tim's kids were so excited to see snow...they played outside all day. I told Tim to take some pictures of them today as they didn't think of it yesterday and I am going to help his daughter make a scrapbook. They are really nice, sweet kids. So well behaved. Ethan had a ball with their youngest one...he loves kids and to be around them. He is quite the little social butterfly....nothing like his Nana

Oh my goodness I forgot to put that in my post! Jason and Michelle are going to stay!!

Jason has high hopes of getting something here in Colorado. I was so happy when they told us. Missy and I had just been discussing the fact that they would probably move then have a baby we would never get to love on.

Sandy- the new camera sounds like lots of fun. How fun to have it when you go on the cruise with Joey and Tyler!!!

Julie, it isn't like you not to pop in just to wish everyone a happy holiday. You have me worried!

Today, I went shopping for Easter goodies. Some for me and some for Stacey's campground. It is a beautiful sunny day and most of the snow is melted. Just a little left on the grass. Listen to this, snow yesterday and today they are expecting thunderstorms to roll in. Crazy!
