I am not sure if I will be back on much before we leave for camping so I wanted to post this. Their real birthday is Monday the 29th.

Thanks for the birthday wishes mom, I was suprised to see it!!! The girls will love the glow sticks for WDW, but I will probably have to buy a few more for their cousins too!!

Denine - Chris has to work this weekend as well, I thought he would be the only person working this holiday!!! He has a chance to make some extra $$ so he took the opportunity that will go towards our trip in September.

And to everyone, have a super great holiday weekend!!! Garry has to work a special drunk detail this weekend. As a matter of fact, I will be working it too! The chief's wife and myself are going to cook burgers and hot dogs for the guys doing the detail. So that should be fun!
Monday Makenzie is in the parade with her brownie troop so that should be cute!

Barb, I will be thinking of you and your graduation party! I really hope you have a super time!!!

Denine, Jerry said no Shula's so we should pick another place to go for just "adults". Think about it. And if we have to make ressies we can.

Julie, sounds like you have a terrific weekend planned. Honestly even cooking the hot dogs and hamb sounds like fun.

I have a million things to do but don't want to. Having a bad day. Feel sorry for me day. Shame on me!

I guess everyone is already oof celebrating the weekend.

Had a frustrating 1st day back at work, but Sunday will be better. Heidi, I picked up Monday for the holiday pay. The weaterh usually sucks around here. Of course, it is supposed to be nice for a change, but I only work till 10 AM.

I got my nurses day gift today since we were in WDW during nurses week. It was a flower pot with a note pad and pen and a small obx of gourmet cookies. I also got a $20 Bath & Body works gift card. I missed the lunch. I did buy a nurses day pin in WDW. It was cute. It was Minnie.

Talked to Julie and told her we were going to show up at the drunk check point with an empty bottle of wine and stagger a bit and then mooch some burgers and dogs! We may get together tomorrow night if they don't do it again.

I should be on tomorrow since Jerry is taking Kaleigh to his mom's. I am going to clean and do what I want for a while.

We got dumped on as afar as rain goes. There were flooeded streams everwhere on my way to work this morning. It has rained quited a bit since then. We tried to go for a walk. It looked like it was clearing and the sun was out, but the clouds moved in quickly and we got wet. Oh well.

I will save my birthday wishes for Monday.

BARB: The snake story was pretty scary since one of the few poisonous snakes in New Jersey is a water moccasin. When I used to see a snake in a lake I would run. Ask Joyce about snakes. She just LOVES snakes!

DENINE: I think I want your life! Off to WDW again. Sounds like your trip was fantastic. We say Davey Jones too on one of our first trips to WDW. We have pictures of him singing right next to us on his microphone. I love the oldies.

SANDY & HEIDI: Have fun at the campground. Cruise & Disney paid and I booked the airfare today. So we are all set except for arranging towncar to and from the port. CAN'T WAIT.

Off the weekend. I think I will do a little gardening & maybe go to the pool on Monday. I have to get that base tan Have a Memorable Memorial Day! miss you all. Toodles JEANNE

I know no one is here but I have to tell someone....are you listening Mickey ....I went shopping tonight with my grandaughter and we went to Foleys. Well they are having an unbelievable sale ....60 and 75 percent off towel, bedding ,etc. Well I got a bed in a bag. It is a comforter, dust ruffle, 2 shams, 2 sheets and 2 pillowcases....really nice set. After the 75 percent off they gave me another 30 percent off for opening a charge account. I figured it was worth it and I can pay it off right away. Anyway, it ended up costing me $48 for the set that was around $300. They said they are having this good sale because they want to get rid all of Foleys inventory and put Macey's things in before October when they start to go by their name. And they only had one king size set left so I was so happy I found it. There was a lady buying two queen and another lady bought a Queen so they were just about gone...at least the pattern I bought.

So if anyone needs any bedding, etc go check out your Foleys. I also got a $50 table runner at 60 % off and a king size 550 count sheet set that had been $85 for 60% off. After all the discounts everything ended up costing me less than $l00.....and not only that I found my checkbook under the seat in the van when we came out of the store. I thought I lost it last Sat and had replaced all the credit cards and drivers license.....

No one probably is as excited as I am but thanks for listening

Now if my furniture just comes this weekend I will be all set for my company that starts Tuesday until the 20th of June.

I don't know about everyone else but I LOVE a bargain I often think it would be the one thing I would miss if I became a multi-millionaire. I would really miss shopping and finding a great bargain! I guess that really sounds crazy

It's official. We now have airfare for the trip to WDW & the cruise. I waited for Southwest to post. Some flights were cheaper but couldn't get a return flight to fit and would have gotten to WDW much later. So Joyce and I are booked on USAirways which will make Bonnie happy. Roundtrip $233.10.

It is really hot and humid but I am not complaining. It is better than rain for Memorial Day weekend especially with all the parties, camping, etc. Hope you all have a Satisfying Saturday. Toodles JEANNE

It is going to be another hot day and Tiff is graduating...thank goodness it is inside. When my grandsons graduated it was outside in the hot sun.

I need to go get ready because we are going to the other Foleys and see if they have the decorator pillows to match my set. Then I have to be back by l:00 to go to graduation.

IT's Graduation day at our house. My baby is done with school. I decided to come downstairs and work a little on her scrapbook before I have to get ready.

Mom-Great deal on the comforter. Can you believe I still have the quilt on my bed that you bought me 14 years ago! It is falling apart. I just have never found anything I like. I need to check out that sale.

Jeanne-Congratulations on finding airfair. How exciting to have the cruise all paid for and ready to go. Just reading your post sent me to the Disney Cruise sight to see what kind of prices I could get.

Happy Birthday Heidi & Stacey! I thought your friend was having a pool party for you on Monday, what happened to that?

Sally: What a terrific deal! I love to get bargains. We have Kaufman's which will be Macy's.

Jeanne: Sounds like you are ready to cruise! We got a cruise booklet in the mail yesterday with info on shore excursions and goodies. It is a good thing we are going to WDW in 2 weeks! It doesn't matter that we have on ly been home a week.

Not doing anything with Julie tonight. Garry has another checkpoint operation. Trying to see if we can just swing b uy and drop off birthday presents.

I hope it is as beautiful in CO for graduation as it is here in Ohio. I have been cleaning and doing a ton of stuff, but I long to be outside. Maybe when Jerry gets home. But, I am really hungry after all the work I did today. I hear DQ calling.

I forgot to mention that we are horrible parents. We gave unsuspecting little Kaleigh her first (and probably) last taste of Beverly. We had to! The look on her face was worth it!

I am working on my roasted potato salad for tomorrow's cook out at my friends house. I will put it together after work tomorrow. I have stuff for a fruit salad too, but now I am wondering if I should take it to Jerry's mom's on Monday. I am thinking tomorrow. I will get Jerry's opinion.

Probably won't be back on until Tuesday.

Good morning

The bargins just go on...went to Foleys again yesterday and got $45 throw pillows for $l2.....another comforter set for the guest room for $36 and it is a 20 pc set...drapes, valance, 2 throw pillows included.

Bathroom set of soap dish, glass, kleenex box, soap dispenser made out of a stone like material.....everything was over $20-$25 each for around $6.

$60 coffee pot for $35, candleholder was $5 had been $l0. I have to stay home!

Went to my granddaughters apartment and got some of her decorating done...still a lot to do. We left there about l0 pm and went to Walmart and shopped until midnight.. found her dishes she has been waiting on for a month. She got a red set and a gold set for a mix and match settings. We found a darling round tile table and chairs with strip of small tile across the back at a furniture store a couple weeks ago and she has had it in her mind she wants red and gold dishes. We are doing her apartment in Tuscan and it does fit well.

My last grandchild graduated....next graduation will be my first great grandchild in about 6 years.

Talked to our son yesterday and his wife isn't coming after all. Her mom died about a month ago and now her dad is not doing well so she flew to Calf. to be with him. He is still going to come though June 2nd.

It is 7:30 so guess I better get dressed......

Well, today is the big day......they called yesterday and my furniture is in.....

Have a lot to do today and this afternoon is Tiff's graduation party.....Linda arrives tomorrow.

Camping went great. We had such a wonderful time with the babies.

Time to head off for the BBQ for the girls birthday.

I haven't had the time to read everyone's posts since Thursday but will on my morning break when I have more time.

I had a great long birthday weekend!!! It was for the most part very relaxing and low key (except for the part that my cousins and I and the rest of the people in the pool played keep-away for 3 hours straight!!! I have never worked that much in my life!!) Got to spend a lot of time with the babies which was very nice. My friend threw a very nice BBQ/pool party for my birthday...she is such a character. Managed to come back only burned on my chest, face, and scalp but that is about it. Chris keeps telling me that I should have reapplied the sunscreen.

My mom and dad bought me this awesome necklace for my birthday that I love. It is a gold flip flop with diamonds on the strap part.....so cute and so me!!! They also gave me Disney Dollars for my trip and took me out to eat many times this weekend for my birthday!!!!

Sally, thanks for the heads up about the bargains at Foley's. How exciting. I am just like you. Bargain shopping is so much fun. My dad used to say that I could always find a good buy.

Jeanne, I am happy to hear that you guys are all paid up. Now it's excursion time. Oh wait, and Palo's time, too.

Gosh Barb, you haven't posted yet. How did the party go?

Heidi, we did have a great weekend, huh. It was fun being with Stacey,Richard and the babies again. It was almost like old times but with our BABIES!! Taura is such a great hostess. Thank her again for me for your party. Dad and I had a fun time.

Julie, how did your BBQ go for the guys?

Work was good and so were the weekend activities. Weather was awesome, upper 80's!

Stopped over Julie's for a bit yesterday to give the kids their birthday presents. Julie is busy with the kids stuff all day today. Garry ended up having to work some yesterday.

We have ressies at the Yachtsman Steakhouse for the 4 of us for June 9th.

I forgot to tell you about my dream I had this weekend. My dream was that I forgot the tickets to WDW for all 4 of us but somehow manage to prove I had the tickets and the tickets they issued me where 2 colored toothpicks taped together. In my dream I couldn't figure out how I could charge on the ticket when I put my credit card number on it. Then for some reason we asked for shoes and we traded in our tennis shoes for high heels to walk around in and as I was trying to race my mom to Splash Mountain I fell down the stairs because of my shoes!!!

Heidi, that wasn't a dream. You can't walk in high heeled shoes in real life or a dream.

I have a sickie here today. Graci is vomiting and they are having a difficult time finding a temp dental hygenist to take her place. Graci is doing good though. Noah is driving me crazy. He wanted to go to McDonald's so because of Graci getting sick, I have him accepting pizza instead. Now, if I can keep my fingers off the pizza! I gained over the weekend and HAVE to lose 2 pounds by Friday. Yikes!
