SANDY: Can you believe a "Deluxe Stateroom Verandah"? Woo-woo I think we will be in the Walt Disney Suite by the time the cruise leaves!!!!!!!! Great talking to you & Heidi. Hope you made a million$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ on the estate sale!

Where's Waldo? I mean Denine? So they did have the usual WDW showers. You just can't avoid them.

Talked with Bonnie last night too. We are all excited about the upgrade.

Saturday evening, hope everyone had a super Saturday. Today was the Mother Daughter Tea. It was a big success. Got lots of compliments. The gilrs looked soooo cute in their hats and all dressed up. It ws a lot of fun.

Kind of quiet around my house. Jaymee went to a movie with some friends They asked me to go but I am sooooo sore from working in the yard yesterday I declined. Now I wish I would have gone. Tiffany is sleeping drug her out of bed at 7:45 today. You would have thought it was the middle of the night.

I got all the lights around my pond working. It looks so pretty at night. I am getting closer to finishing everything I want to get done before Bob comes home. Michelle's Mom is coming over on Monday night to help me make the wedding mints. Tuesday and Thursday one of my friends is coming over to work on the corsages. Hope to finish the wedding up this week.

Bob emailed me that he may not get to come home as soon as we thought. They are having problems with the plane he is coming home on. They have to fix it before they can fly it. Between the shots at our planes and the broken plane I will be on pins and needles until he is home.

BARB: So glad to hear the Mother-Daughter Tea was a success. There "fixing" the plane Bob is coming home on? Yah I would be on pins & needles too!

We are a very quiet board this weekend. Waldo I mean Denine in Disney, Sandy & Heidi having there sale & Julie has a house full of sickies.

Went to church, Shop Rite, Entenmann's & McDonald's already this AM. Did you notice three out of four are food related? Received lilies from my daughter & a beautiful multi-colored gold bracelet & necklace from my son. No one has offered to take me out to dinner yet. So I guess I am cooking since I have to make something for my mother.

Barb - sounds kind of scary with Bob's plane, many prayers for a safe return. Glad your Mother-Daughter tea party was a hit, you did a lot of work for it and it sounds like it went noticed.

Jeanne - What room number did you get upgraded too? I forgot what you told me? It looks like they moved me from 7064 to 7074 so that we can all be together again.

Good Morning!

Happy Mothers Day a day late! Hope everyone had a wonderful Sunday. I was so tired yesterday. If Jaymee had not pushed so hard to do something I know I would have stayed in all day and not gotten much done. Jason mowed the front lawn for me because I really do not like mowing the front. Jaymee, Jason, Missy, Michelle, Tiffany, Ethan and I went out to play putt putt. I kicked everyones butt! 2 Holes in one! Oh yeah! Jaymee went and got take out from Road House because the wait was soooo long.

I am feeling the stress from only having a few days until Bob comes home and my Mother in Law is coming. I still have so much to do in the way of cleaning. Today Michelle's Mom is coming over to make mints. We are also going to put baskets of goodies together to surprise Michelle and her bridesmaids when they get to the hotel they are staying in the night before the wedding. Tuesday a friend of mine is coming over to do some more work on the wedding. Wednesday is pizza and "Lost" night, I am hoping I don't have to work through it. Thursday Tiffany has a "Senior Show Case" at school that she is preforming in. Friday I may just take off and go to a movie with Jaymee. Saturday I have to clean clean clean and Hopefully Bob will be home on Saturday night.

Hi guys!!

I am doing this kind of in an odd way but Heidi and I weren't able to watch Survivor last night so we tivoed it and will watch it tonight. Just in case you guys have been talking about it, I am not going to read what I missed over the weekend until after we watch Survivor.

Had a very BUSY weekend. Heidi was so kind to help us with the Estate Sale over the weekend. It kept us hopping. It was so busy. People were getting there early. We had to "sneak" out early just to get a breakfast at McD's. One morning we got back to the house and found a couple actually peeking over the fence. Too bad! Everything was in the house and garage. We managed to sell most of the furniture. Still have tons of little things.

I don't know if Heidi has come on yet and told you but I have to brag. We got upgraded as well. We will be next door to Heidi and Chris. I am so excited. We have never had a verandah on the other 5 cruises. This will be such an awesome treat! Plus, we will have the Dudettes on the other side.

Just a quick note to say "Good Night" We had an awful day at work today. It was just one C-Section after another. Doesn't anyone deliver ******lly anymore?

By now Heidi probably figured out our Cabin number is 7078. I am SOOOO excited about a VERANDAH! The three Disney Dudettes are just going to stand on their verandah & wave with our big white gloved hands as we leave Port Canaveral.

Off to shower and then work again tomorrow. I am not looking forward to another day like today.

Jeanne - we may be joining you out on our verandah waving goodbye to everyone, although I do not have mickey hands to wave with. I am glad that we will all be in a row again, it will be funny to see all of us on each of our verandah's right next to each other!!!

I finally got to watch Survivor and saw who won. I didn't really care out of the two who would win. My day is full of meetings today.

Sandy-Glad the estate sale went so well. What a burden off your shoulders. Congrats to all of you that got the upgrade. Everytime I read your posts I am so sad I am not going too.

Michelle's Mom came over last night to help make the mints for the wedding. 300 mints later I can cross one more thing off my "To Do" list

Tonight I am finishing bows and silk corsages. I will be soooo glad to get this stuff done.

Bob comes home in 4 days!!!! Can you believe it has been 3 months!

Hi guys! Happy Belated Mother's day!!!

Barb, congrats on the mints and soon to be flowers for the wedding. Boy your posts make me tired just by reading them!!! I'm so happy for you that Bob is coming home in 4 days! how EXCITING FOR YOU!!!

Heidi, Jeanne, and Barb, WOW all of you got upgrades! That's great! We have always had a verandah and we LOVE IT!!!! There was only one time we had a porthole room and we decided that the verandah is just tooooooooooooooooooo great to have!!

Barb, you could come in Oct with Denine and us. I wanted to go on the Sandy's cruise BUT the cost was just too much for the 5 of us. IF Anna Marie is allowed to go, the 6 of us would be wayyyyyyy too much. We have 2 joining cabins this time each with a verandah. We had a family suite (cat 4) which is just like a regular cabin but sleeps 5 the last time, but this time we think that the extra space from 2 cabins will be a BIG difference.

I hope everyone go the picture from Denine and Jerry that I sent out. The first one the sent me, I never got. They seem to be having a great time.

Makenzie has only 15 more days of school! Can you beleive it!!!! I also got news that Garry has already been approved to go to kindergarten at Makenzie's school. We are technically in another school's "area" but the school that Makenzie is at is closer to us then the school she is suppose to attend. We had to wait until 4 days before school started to see of Makenzie would be going to kindergarten at this school she is at now, so to find out NOW about Garry is a huge relief!!!!

23 More days until it's our turn with Mickey!!! I can't wait!! I got a great deal with continetal airline, $156 per ticket non stop round trip. Since we have to buy 5 tickets that's a BIG help! I also go a super deal on a mini van for our entire time down there from National car. We just walk off the plane, get our baggage, and walk right to a mini van and drive off! We use the emerald aisle service so we don't have to wait at any counter. If anyone is interested in that service, let me know and I can tell you how to join for free.

Well, everyone seems to be on the mend around here. It's been touch and go for awhile here, but things are finally getting back to normal.

I'm sad. I missed a phone call from Denine yesterday. I will have to call her sometime today. She sounded so good and happy. Why wouldn't she be happy at WDW for so many days!!!!!

Barb, I think you are going to have to have a Calgon break after all this. Hang in there. It is almost over PLUS Bob is coming home!!! Tell me all about making mints. Would you do it again? Where did you get the flavoring for them?

Jeanne, I am so excited as well. It is coming soon. I think Ted and I might have already figured out an excursion for St Lucia.

Julie, glad to hear everyone is on the mends. Must have been horrible for you. Did you realize that Amazing Race is between you, Garry and Heidi? How fun. Great deal on the airline tickets!! 23 MORE DAYS?? Man, that just isn't fair.

Good Morning!!

Got a couple more things done on the wedding last night. Tonight is bows bows and more bows. Blah...... The little "Bow Making" muscles in my hand get sooooo sore when I have to make a lot of bows!

Is the "Amazing Race" over?? I missed the final show, who won??

Had to take ANOTHER 4 hour grammer class yesterday. BLAH........

I heard on the radio this morning that the guys that work for Bob got home yesterday. I started crying. I think I am ready for him to be home.

Good morning......haven't posted for awhile. Been very busy with the yard, house and apartment hunting and shopping with my granddaughter. We found a really cute apartment across the street from where Barb works. It is a Tuscan complex and looks very expensive. She got a one bedroom and the rooms are good size with a large walkin closet. She also has access to a heated pool, hot tub, 20 seat movie theater for a $l00 returnable deposit with a kitchen and a fitness room. The rent was on special for $650 a month. She had to pay pet deposit of $25 and a car port for $25. She signed a l5 month lease and got l l/2 months free rent. Her kitchen is cute and has the fridge, microwave. She had to buy a washer and dryer.

We also bought a sofa and loveseat and it was such a good buy that I got a sofa, chair and footstool. It is Italian leather. Got a good deal on it too. We saw the exact same style at another furniture store and the sofa alone was $2995...the one we got was only $577...can you believe that! We also got the warrenty...that cost $l29 for 5 years. They come out and fix and cuts or anything else that could go wrong and give you a kit of 2 bottles of stuff to clean and condition it. He said to do it twice a year and bring in the empty bottles and they replace them free.

I forgot to tell you the story about why I got the sofa, etc. The day before Mother's Day I asked Dick if he was going to get me something or should I buy my own. On Valentine's Day I didn't get anything so I decided that wasn't going to happen again.

Anyway he said to buy something I really wanted. Well I really wanted the sofa so I bought it. This is the first big thing I have ever boughten in 57 years of marriage by myself. I bet the next time he will be buying my gift

Sandy- The mints I made was the recipe with butter in them. They turned out pretty good. Like you I was unable to find oil I just used extract. I would rather of used oil though. Wonder if a health food store would have it

Barb - Amazing Race ends tonight!!! We will find out who wins tonight on the finale, I think it is 2 hours long.

Well my stress has finally come to an end. Not sure if I told you this or not, but Chris and I were trying to take the girls to WDW with us after his mom volunteered to fly home with the girls. Of course she volunteered AFTER we bought our airline tickets for $180 rt. Well I priced tickets for the girls and it was at $560 for the longest time, then dropped to $362 and then for a few hours it was $320 but we missed that and went back to $362. Well today I checked it and it was at $294 so I had to move quick. I couldn't book it online because you can't book kids airplane tickets alone without an adult so I called AA and cheapest they could get it was $739/ticket and I panicked and said that the website was $294. She said it was a high price because the plane is almost full, okay we have to get the girls on the same plane as us....what do I do, $700/ticket is WAY out of our price range. Finally the lady told me to book the girls online as "adults" and call back and tell them that they are kids. So I did that and they said okay, well it doesn't matter because the ticket doesn't say if it is a child or an adult and their isn't a price difference but they would make a note on the reservation that they are kids. Okay first flight taken care of, now to move on to booking their grandma so that she will be on the same flight as the girls, got that done. Now back to changing seats on the plane so everyone is together that includes reviewing 4 reservations on AA....check all done, stress is now over. Chris better love me forever!!!!

Today I have a walk through at Pine Crest, where we are having Tiffany's graduation party. One more thing to fit into my already packed day!

I got Missy a membership to the Zoo as her Easter present. Since we did not go on Easter Missy and Ethan went up yesterday. Ethan would not feed the animals. He fell out the back door yesterday right on his little head. I was outside mowing the yard and didn't realize the back door was open. It is 3 steps down. My punkin has a bump now
