What kind of crowds should we expect these days? Will HHN effect our park touring? We are only doing two days in the parks of those 4 days so which days would be our best bet for low crowds ?

Except for the fact that the Studios will close at 5pm on the days when HHN is staged, you shouldn't have any problems with crowds. You won't have to change any touring plans you've made just be aware the Studios will get busier in the afternoons on HHN days due to the people coming for Stay & Scream.
