October 15th Double Rewards Program

Am I nuts?

I'm a newbie Disney Visa Cardholder and I wrote on my calendar that Disney was going to do a double rewards program begining Oct. 15th and ending Jan. 15,2005.

However, when I called Bank One Disney today, they said they've never heard of it.

I'm an educated individual who would not write down something in my Blackberry that was not FACT! What is going on here? Is this typical?

There is a double rewards program in progress but the offer differed for everyone and some were not offered it at all. That being said, if you rec'd the offer and if you met the qualifications certain things like gas, groceries, utilities, home improvement store, and some others qualified for double points. Example mine was anything in those categories after spending $2500 in those categories per month would qualify for double points--the points from the first month should have posted by October.

I'm confused. Do they always make it this complicated?

I think I'd be better off staying with my Discover Card. I don't really remember if I received something with my bill or not. I just know that Bank One said nothing was available on my account for "double reward."

Why is everyone given a different reward level?

Earn triple Disney Dream Reward Dollars every time you spend $50 or more from 10/5/04 - 1/5/05 at "The world of Disney Store" in New York, and online at www.worldofdisney.com and use the Disney visa card. If this wasn't it, at least anyone can earn them, if you use the Disney visa card.
