October 15, 2005 anyone?

Paul, where are you? As the Cardinals fell into post-season play this weekend I wondered how you were doing. And so, even though this STL team is nowhere as good as last year's, for old time's sake....GO CARDS!! :cheer2:

You guys remember what we were doing about this time last year? :goodvibes

Have fun in WDW. Is that during Christmas?? Chuck and I have always wanted to go during the holidays. The first and last time I did that was in 1973!!
Nancy :wave2:

Pretty close - we'll be gone dec. 8-14th. I cant wait, I've only been to WDW once in 2004. We live so close to Disneyland, we have annual passes, but now we get to see WDW decorated for xmas! :cool1:

Hi all
Is it a year ago already? last weekend we looked thru all the Distag things with happy memories.
13 days to Disneyland, wish it was another cruise instead. Griselda we booked Mickey's Halloween Treat for the 26th so looking forward to that. We bought Southern Cali city passes so will be visiting universal, Seaworld, San Diego zoo and both Disney parks. Don't think 8 nights will be long enough but thats all Mathew has off school.
Bye for now
Wayne

Hey Mia,

We will be at Disney World Dec 13 & 14th...Are you attending the Christmas party at MK??? :thumbsup2 We will be there on the 14th.

I watched our video from the cruise last week. Makes me so sad!! We had such a great time.

Suzie,

How did the 11 night cruise go on the WONDER? That would have been wonderful!!!! ;)

Yes Brenda the Cards are coming alive!! About time!! I was ready to just give up on them.... :guilty:

I know we are planning to book the Disney Magic for 2008 when rates come out. The 3rd week of October again so Jo only misses 3 days of school.

Hee Hee... when you told me earlier that matthew may not enjoy the disney halloween event because he's 12 now, we decided not to take mia (she's almost 9) - so.. you'll have to let me know how it is. Dont miss the Haunted Mansion, its already decorated "nighmare before xmas" style - one of our favorite movies! Also, your going to get some wonderfull weather, its been nice and sunny here, with a bit cooler in the afternoons.

It is called the MVMVP (Mickey's very merry christmas party) It is on certain nights at MK and they close the park and the party is from 7 till Midnight. :thumbsup2 It is a hard ticket event...I will attach a link with the info.

If you have a ticket you can get into the park around 4pm and they put a armband on you.

They have a special parade and fireworks. Plus SNOW on Mainstreet USA! It is very Magical! They have plenty of Christmas shows and entertainment.

It really is fun! This will be our first time back to the Christmas party since 2001. Josie was only 3 then. So It will be a whole new experience.

You should go if you can!

Thank you! I will call and see when they have tickets for it. Mia and I love the "snow" the have on main street at Disneyland - this sounds kinda similar, but definitly worth seeing!

fellow Molar Expressers, I must apologize for not being around for a while.... I've been kinda busy with work lately.... so busy, that right now, I don't have anything Disney booked at the moment... :( We've recovered our DVC points to the point where we have 205 for 2007.... now comes the trick of figuring out the when and where and how it fits into school and work schedules...

Right now the longest drives the cubs are doing are off the tee... and probably they're even missing the ball then.... except Carlos "I look like Hugo Chavez" Zambrano.... :) 6 HR for a pitcher!! yikes!

Wow the Cards did kinda fall into the playoffs... but Pujols can pretty much carry them... He reminds me some of the 2003 version of Sammy Sosa... (not to curse him or anything)...

ah heck.... GO CARDS!!!

there you got it out of me....

Thanks,
Paul

Paul, I appreciate the effort that must have taken! :teeth:

You guys should take the 7-night Western next october...10/20/07...join me and Nancy, and Jo, and some really cool people from England, and Timon from Canada. We're a small group so far but a nice group with a most excellent sense of humor.

Check us out...all of you!! Come on and cruise with us!

Well, you just know one of us was going to do this....

What were you doing last year at this time????

Let's see now, I was probably irritating my co-workers, had this thread minimized on my computer at work, telling the kids that "Yes, we really are going on vacation alone", and just downright giddy! :cheer2:

Can you believe it? It's been a year since we sailed together?? I echo Brenda's request...Let's do it all again next Oct 20th on a Western!!

Take Care All,
Nancy :wave2:

I am so depressed!!

I keep thinking about our trip last year and I looked at all my pictures last night... This was my last day of work last year and then I went home and finished up everything.

Had my nails done in the morning and then we all headed to the airport!!!!!

Ready for some fun in the sun!! :beach: :sail: NOT THIS YEAR!!! :sad2:

Oh well...We are booking the Magic for 2008!! That gives me something too look forward too! :woohoo:

We also booked a beach house for May! Gary and I are getting re-married on Rosemary beach in Florida May 30th...We have family and friends going down with us for the whole week!! Should be fun! :goodvibes

Then we are planning to book a Carnival cruise for Thanksgiving week 2007! A ship out of New Orleans so we can drive and not worry about airfare. Plus Josie will not have too miss much school... So I have lots too look forward too.

Griselda,
I am glad you go the tickets!! You will love it! Too bad we are not going on the same night! We could have a mini meet!! :santa:

Hi Nancy! :wave2:

:cool1: My daughter Mia got the role of Tinkerbell for a play in January! We are so proud, she was up against 30 other girls! :woohoo:
