A puppy, Bev? All I can say is "Welcome to my world." ;) Our puppy is now 8 months old and I have never been a "dog person," but I love our George. :dogdance: paw: So, congrats on your newest addition and just keep him/her away from yellow feather dusters. :teeth:

Okay Kevin, I don't want to hear about your shorts, sun, and warm temperatures. :sunny: This morning on our way to church our minivan read the cool temp of 9 degrees. We are talking single digits here. :) :cold:

Well, Santa is puting an IPOD in my Dh's stocking. He loves to listen to music and I figured it would give him something to do on the airlplane and when we are laying out on deck on the cruise. This way I can delve into a good book without any interruptions or feeling guilty because I am ignoring him.

Well, I hope everyone had a great weekend, and I hope you all have a super Monday! :sunny:

Yes its a cute little dog too, but it cries a lot at night:guilty: which makes me feel bad.
I forgot to say I bought my oldest DD a DIsney Mix Stick MP3 player and its really pretty cool! So I found a chrome one and bought it for me!:lmao:

Bev - I got my DS the pirates one and DD the Tink one. They are pretty cool. My DW doesn't know but I got here the mailbox with MM on it and the coat rack.

I bet your family will be tickled!
We were able to locate the player for the mix sticks.
You plug the stick into it and its a loudspeaker so we can hear our music in which ever room we are in. (I love technology, so I am losing my mind this year.:teeth:
Also located an alarm clock thats compatable so DD can get herself up out of bed to her favorite music by plugging her mix stick into the clock!~
I am going to get a new memory chip so I can download all our Christmas CD's into one chip and we can switch the chip at the holidays! I bet she brings this on the cruise. We are downloading our Disney CD collection onto a chip! This stuff is so small and travels well.

I am bringing my mix stick on the cruise to listen to every morning when I walk. (About a mile each day) Anyone else exercise daily? Will you exercise on the cruise or do you take a break?

Bev - Thats cool and about the walking I'm tring to get back to the gym now so maybe but my DW did a walk every morning. Myself I slept in and I liked that ALOT.

bigben-You sound like me and my DH. :) I would walk every morning except Sunday at 6am and on those days I was having a hard time getting up (tired). He would keep waking me up, tell me I needed to do it, that I would feel better after I got up and walked. Needless to say I would get up, leave, and come back to find him still peacefully snoring away under the down comforter. :cloud9:

Bev-I love to listen to my MP3 player when I walk. It keeps me moving. :teeth: I don't excercise or walk on the cruise. But, I do use the stairs, even in formal wear. On the last cruise I didn't use the elevator even once. It helps! Now all this being said, I'm actually "allergic" to excercise and the only reason I walk is because I love to cook and bake, Need I say more...? :teeth:

Jenmack! You just frosted me!:goodvibes
I love to bake and walking is a must or my Pooh sized self would resemble Shamu.:guilty: I will stick to exercising on the cruise, especially after some of the pictures I have seen on this board about the cusine!

I love the fact everyone is starting to talk about excercise now! Of course I'll be starting my "diet" for the cruise sometime in April. The Mickey and Minnie are up in the yard, however I can't figure out how to post a picture to this board. Otherwise I'd have had them up already to show off. I just ordered new checks for my DW and I and wouldn't you know it - there's a "new" Disney series from the vendor. Probably the easiest sell they've ever had. Glad to know there's group support out there for "our" problem!

Happy Holidays!

Does anyone else wear Crocs and will you take them on the cruise?

I just got a great code from the budget board and bought two pair of Disney Crocs on line for DD for $36.75 including shipping, handeling and taxes! She is going to get them for Christmas.

We discovered last summer that Crocs work great for snorkeling and beach wear. I snorkeled in mine and they stayed on surprisingly well. If you happen to loose one ......they float!

Bev - thanks for the info. I just checked the Crocs site and they are out of stock for the men's sizes. Definitely will be adding it to the cruise suppy list. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Stay warm and dry!

Bev - Had to look at the Crocs, very cool but like Tex said out of adult sizes. I'll have to keep looking at the site.
Tex - if I see when they have them in I'll let you know if I see it first.

Hi Everyone--- We are back from Disney. We got back late Wednesday night but have been so busy not able to post. The weather was great and we had a wonderful time. Did CP 2 times once with the dinner package and saw Rita Moreno and the second time we were able to walk right in to see Mario Lopez. Rita did a much better job as narrator than Mario, his was ok but Rita gets so into the story and the music. Saw the Osborne Lights and went to MVMCP. We had great meals with the dining plan, but it is so much food. We ended up buying Rice Krispie treats to bring up to use up the 9 snacks left. I was able to finish up alot of my shopping while there.

Since being home we finished decorating the house and have the tree up. Did my cards last night. Need to start to wrap the gifts so I can figure out if I need anything else. I try to keep my list updated but sometimes miss things.

Dave-- Loved your site with all the decorations.

Haven't checked the Croc site out yet.

Only 14 more days till Christmas.

Have a good day everyone.

Nancy

We were on the 3rd page! :sad2:

I just wanted to wish everyone a great weekend! Just think, a little over a week till Christmas. December has gone by fast. Maybe that will be the case for the next 9-10 months. :teeth:

Bev, thanks for the tip on the Crocs. I don't wear them (I'm a flip-flop girl), but my daughter has wanted a pair for a long time. I ended up ordering a cayman pair & a Disney pair for her. :)

Jen---- I finally got the frosted image correct.:sunny:

Would anyone be willing to share the best memories they have from past cruises?

It's less than 300 days now till the cruise! Soon enough it will be 2007. Hope everyone has been able to finish up their shopping.

Happy Holidays to you!

Tex - I checked the croc site and they have the adult sizes in now.
