Yesterday I send a PM to Scott asking him about the split date. He is in charge for the list and he is - as far as I know - very experienced in doing FE lists. So let us wait for his opinion.

Trying to make up my mind on the FE vote. I'm thinking of doing all rooms. Maybe one gift per cabin,because I have a DS that is 16 (teenagers!) and he's not into the FE thing anymore. I agree that if you are giving to all cabins your name should be on all list. It's fun to give to the little ones because they really enjoy it. Again torn as to which way to vote. Stay in tack or split into 20 . Glad I'm not making the call to split into groups.

Thanks again for keeping track of the votes Pixie. Keep us updated on the final split date. I'm wondering if some have canceled the cruise and forgot to remove their names from the FE list??

I've been emailing Tours by Herrod in St. Lucia daily for weeks trying to reserve the Land and Sea Safari for my group of 8. He has NOT responded. Yes, I've checked my junk email and nothing. I hear his tour is fantastic but his communication is not. Normally I would steer away thinking if he can't get back to me he isn't worth the time or money. However, I realize island time is much different than our busy schedules. Has anyone else had any luck? Any suggestions?

A group of about 10 facebookers booked Herrod for an all adult tour. It took her a while to get through to him, but weeks is a long time...I'd start researching different options. We booked a group tour through Spencer Amborse but it's completely full. Good luck with your research!

I appreciate the response Mindy. I am worried we will end up with nothing or paying the high Disney fees for a tour. I do have a cell number I will try but then I guess I might just have to give up - bummer.

What email address are you using? I reached him at sluherod@gmail.com; it took him a few days each time but he did respond and we are booked. Kathleen, the person on FB who set up the group, called him using the numbers on his website.

There's one other company who does a similar tour if you get tired of waiting for Herod (and he might be full, although that's no excuse for not answering you). Cosul Tours also get good reviews; the big difference is that there's no 'sea' portion, it's all land, but the sights are the same. Just something you might want to look into as an alternative

Welcome Karen! I'm beyond excited too! Do you have a preference as to how we split the FE? We have votes for 15 rooms, 20 rooms, 25 rooms or to leave it intact.

Once we hit the 75 day mark (7/28) I will ask everyone to confirm their information so we can finalize the list. Then, once it is finalized we can split based on the overall group consensus.
