In 2006, we stayed at the Raddison at the Port... very nice, and they have a free shuttle. We also had a "mini DIS meet" on Friday night out by the pool as many of the DIS folks were at the Raddison.![]()
This year I believe we are staying at the Country Inn and Suites, and they have a shuttle also:

Wow, the Country Inn looks NICE! I'll have to show Steve, but I think we are really going to stay at Pop. We like it there, and we can visit the parks too! I am half contemplating doing one park Friday day...maybe MGM, er ah, I guess it's now HOLLYWOOD Studios, and then MNSSHP in the evening...although, that would be more money AND we would be out a LOT later in the evening, which would make for a long day Saturday....adreneline pumping, we're cruising, and I won't feel good (I never do the first night. as soon as we get to dinner, I get queezy, but ONLY that first night!) I think we'd be better to do a park during the day, then have a nice dinner, swim in the pool and then get to bed at a decent hour. What time does the park close on MNSSHP night? I wanna say 6? We've done it, but I can't remember!

I'm in for Grills. That's my 2nd favorite place to be in Port Canaveral! Did you know they also have a great breakfast??You guys must be much younger than us!I can't imagine going to MNSSHP the night before the cruise!
We are also staying the Country Inn and Suites - we'll probably have a nice relaxing dinner at Grills and a good night sleep so we can hit the ground running on Sat. morning. Somehow I think we'll have enough late nights on the cruise (and for me that means later than 9:30)![]()

Hey there Minniesota! Don't you have a son near my sons age, 15, at cruise time???? I'm trying to find someone for him to e-mail with prior to the cruise, so he'll know someone.
Yes, my baby will be 15 in Dec. - and I had him at 40 - so you can all do the math! Which may account for my thinking MNSSHP is not an appealing idea! If you want to PM me with his email, I can pass it along to him.
This cold is getting old, isn't it? ANd the roads tonight stink as well. But yet we continue to enjoy the "quality of life" here in good 'ol MN! I keep looking at my cruise pictures and try to forget where I am!
I won't do the math, I'll let you be 35, hows that?
Ooohhh- I knew I liked you!
Are ya'll waiting till I'm not paying attention???![]()
