We'll have to see if this holds. It's not really the way we would have built it. there is just a small rubber ring around the black pipe that fits into the white pipe and then a ring that screws the 2 together. we are not thrilled with that rubber ring...it's not even really a gasket.....I dunno. We might end up doing the same thing you did...OR....getting some caulking and sealing it all together. Steve said, but then you won't be able to get it apart if you need to replace anything.....then we'll buy new!
Well, he is off to the Rite Aid and to get my truck washed. I was nearly embarassed as we cruised the Blvd last night! everyone had these really pretty trucks with wheels and here we are with bugs and dirt all over ours! LOL At one point last night, a car full of girls drove past and they were waving and yelling out the window, so I did the same! Steve was laughing and Colton says, "gosh Mom! You sound like you've been drinking!" ROFL!! I said, No, I've done my share of cruisin'! OHH!! And then a jeep comes by with a family in it and the girl in the back starts flirting with Colton!!! we were going like 15 mph and back and forth, so she would wave at him when we came up or she passed us. Then the DAD sees this and he takes off! ROFL!! Colton was ALL over this! He said he saw them turn into a hot-dog stand and wanted to know if we could go there too! My gosh,.....I have to get his hormones in check!!!!
