Hello Everyone!!!!! Miss me??? LOL

Well, the 5th grade graduation is OVER! The tiki hut was a huge hit! Matter of fact, I need to take it back to the high school on Tues for another graduation and then one of the teachers wants to use it for vacation bible school the week I get back from vacation! I have photos, but have not uploaded them yet...I will this weekend, I promise!

tonight was the end of the year party at the wave pool park. It was fun and over crowded!!

Now I am going to drag my sorry tired sore wornout hind end to bed and crash! I truely am, physically exhausted!! It has been a CRAZY week!!! I am not even going to try and catch up on the last pages I missed. If any one has the cliff notes, I'll take em!

My house is a COMPLETE disaster!! With the coming in, dumping our stuff and running again, I have nothing done around here! I opened the dishwasher, "thinking" i had ran it, and I didn't! ACK! It was so sour it made me gag! LOL That'll teach me to forget to run it!

OH! Connor's GI appt. He has....drumroll please......Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome. If you look it up, I could have written the synopsis! The short of the long of it is.....1 in 50 kids have this. It's just something they will outgrow in one to 3 years. (we are at 18 months. As the Dr said, we're half way home) There is no treatment for it, although he did give us a 'script for Zofran. Zofran is an anti-nausia medicine, used mostly in pregnant women in thier first trimester...so it's safe and not drowsy! If he can take one as he feels the onsets of symptoms, it should help to aleaviate or eliminate the nausia. HOWEVER, Connor also has the loose stools with it....which not everyone has, but it is a "side affect" of it. I told Steve, he'll never have another attack!! We just purchased the Zofran, and if we were a cash paying customer, it would have cost us nearly $400 for 20 pills.

I hope this finds you all heppy and healthy!! I promise to be on more often now!

See ya real soon!

Hi Michele!!!!! Sounds like you've been super busy!
Interesting diagnosis for Connor, I guess not exactly the answer you want to hear though. I hope he outgrows it quickly, and thank goodness you aren't a cash paying customer!

Can't wait to see the Tiki Hut!

Whew, sounds like you have had alot on your plate, hopefully things will get easier for Connor. Jenna had reflux as a baby, for her first year, we are talking projectile, everytime she ate, not a pleasant experience, I always felt so terrible for her as it looked so painful, poor little buggies.

Oh gosh. Your having bad storms again????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gina,

I'm not thinking it is the Wii-fit. I was told by my surgeon never to exercise again. So I'm thinking I maybe are aggrivating it or something. I only did twenty minutes today. So took some Motrin and we will see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
