Well, we just had a bolt of lightening hit so close that the power surged and turned the TV off!! YIKES!! That was a surprise!!!! If I disappear, we may have lost power!....athough there is a battery on this laptop, one never knows!

I just realized on Saturday, while I was talking to them, My niece and nephew are John and Kate! Although, Kate is older, so we always say Katie and John. I just happen to ask the boys if they wanted to talk to John or Kate and then it dawned on me!

My Mom introduced themselves to the new neighbors as Will and Grace...which they are...but usually they go by Willie and Grace. She knows they'll never forget thier names!

Big 80's is Ch 8 and Hair Nation is Ch 23. I much prefer the 70's music as well, but I do like some of the hair bands...Styx, Def Leppard, Kansas, Bon Jovi, Guns n Roses, etc...

oh I LOVE all those bands!!!!!! especially Def Leppard and Bon Jovi

Ok, didn't intend to be so long b4 I posted again tonight. The weather here is over. Cooler, but the storms have moved on. If you check out the weather channel you will see Suffolk and the damage. Its very bad, and a lot of ppl lost their homes this afternoon. Norfolk got away pretty easy, some tree and fence damage, that's it. Also tornados near UVA as well, same line but the worst of it seems to be Suffolk. Spent quite awhile watching the coverage.

So if you could all pray for everybody affected, that'd be appreciated.

I flip my stations depending on what's playing.. I do like channel 6 at 3pm. They play 15 mins of good surf music..... Margaritaville is a must a few weeks before vacationing.

I must say i am partway jealous Rancan of you visitng the Magic b4 me. I do however get to see her myself ahead of time. She comes here for her drydock If I'm lucky I'll be able to see her sail up, if I'm not working that day. Otherwise i'll just go visit and take pics while they're working.
