Sorry to say, everyone is just showing up, and I am going to leave! The washer just sounded, so I am going to flip the wash and get ready to hunt wabbit. I'll catch up tomorrow...hopefully during naptime. Steve wants me to cut grass tomorrow night since it rained this weekend and he didn't get to do it. Yuck. That is one chore I HATE to do! I would rather scrub toilets!

Welcome back Kristin, hope you had a great trip. Looking forward to hearing how your SSR trip was and especially seeing some pics.

What a beauty day here in Toronto. Got home from the cottage and am glad and relieved to report that our property has been spared from the flooding happening from all the winter run on the Trent River. Someone is certainly smiling down on me. It was sad to see some of my neighbors properties flooded or pretty well submerged. Very scarey! After checking everything out I started on the spring cleaning to get things ready to bring the baby up. Were going to redo the bathroom as well up there. Actually it is a project that I started almost seven years ago LOL. But I will finish it before the end of May, I promised Michelle. (could be June there is a 30 grace period).

We did some yard work today and had a lovely BBQ dinner. Its good to see some descent weather again.

It sounds like you had a GREAT time...!!!!!!!! We did some yard work here too!!!!! SSR is just beautiful......!!!! I will get the pics. uploaded soon. We loved staying in the new GrandStand section it was nice and near the new pool and water splash play area!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya there has been alot of people evacuated up there. There was a booklet stuck in our of what to do when you are evacuated. I assume it came from the town office. The town hall is giving out free sand bags and sand for those who need it. The Red Cross is also helping people with places to stay and food to eat. It is amazing to see this going on while the weather is so gorgeous. We still had ice on our bay and snow on the ground in areas. It was 26 yesterday up there.
