One of Dell's laptop plants is here in Lebanon. I would get a Toshiba. I am on my 4th one. It might blow up tonight, but I got my money's worth. This one is 4 years old, and all I have done is put a battery in it and ad some ram.

Dell has awsome prices. We use Lenovo at work, it's a corporate account, IBM and either is are good. We bought the last year model with our laptops. Mind has a dual layer dvd burner, which is great however the chances of me ever using are slim to none! If you visit the Dell web site, in the States you can go on the Dell auctions, they have some killer deals there.

It's about equal. Except they do run real good a 20% off "customize your own computer" deals sometimes online. Plus they offer 12 months same as cash now and then.
