I know, but at 45 cents a minute, I just couldn't wait. It was close to 2000 one day, but I think my package time had already run out, and I was on 75 cents a minute by then. Thats why y'all didn't hear from me again till I got home. I will take my laptop on our cruise...maybe....

We are definately taking one of the laptops with us but we are using the excuse that we will uploading the pictures and burning them onto cd's LOL

I'm not sure if we'll bring ours either, if we do it will be for downloading pictures from pur camera only LOL

Looking, @ the ticket price discount right now that we can get from Bruce's work!!!!!!!!!!! I think we may take the kids in April!!!!!!!!!

we all went to BB and it was nice! Like I said,they have a great kids area. I think it was called Ski Patrol...there was a zipline that Connor really liked and those "iceburgs" to walk across. We enjoyed the wave pool too. Steve and Connor went to TL and said the wave pool was a HECK of alot rougher then at BB. They didn't go to the kids area there. They just rode the big slides and did the wave pool. They are saying that Crushin' Gusher wasn't that great. It's a 2 person ride and said it was slow. They said the swim with the sharks was cool though.
All in all, they would go to BB again and forgo TL.

Apparantly I will have the only laptop then! Hey maybe we can bring the Wii and ask them to hook it up to the huge screen on the top deck

Princess did have card readers connected to their computers for emailing pictures. But with the satellite connection as slow as it is, and no way to compress the pictures, no telling how long it would take. I didn't try it.

I think we'll have our laptop, but like most, will use it to download photos. Of course, it could be used to watch movies too....who knows. We have never had internet service while onboard...although now with it being more ship wide, we'll see.

If we do the Carnival cruise, they have Wi-Fi inroom, so we would probably use it there. Especially so we can keep in touch with the boys!
