It's really really good. You get it all ready and leave it in the fridge for a few hours and then bake as usual in the oven. I'm a page behind but Nancy tells me "they want the recipe" LOLLove,, that sounds yummy too!!!!!!

It's really really good. You get it all ready and leave it in the fridge for a few hours and then bake as usual in the oven. I'm a page behind but Nancy tells me "they want the recipe" LOL
mix some spinach and feta together. I like to get the frozen shreded spinach because I'm lazy. Mix a pack with 2 containers of feta. What's a container in grams? 250 or so? If you use one container then use only have the spinach.
Mix in a bowl, then take your (4) skinless boneless chicken breasts in a pyrex type 9"by9" glass oven baking dish and slice open but not all the way. Spoon in as much of it as will fit and squish it closed. Then pour over top a full bottle of kraft sundried tomato salad dressing...yum. Marinate in the refridgerator for a few hours then bake as usual.
We are terrified of chicken and have been known to overcook it but this tends to keep moist. What do you cook chicken breasts at? 350 for an hour?
