We met on yahoo IM. Back when yahoo had clubs and showed all the members online at the time 6-7 years ago it must be now. But we were both online and bored and no hinky stuff in each other's profiles so we chatted and met IRL a year or so later and married like a year after that.

We met in person for hte 1st time at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, cause my sister was dying to go. He lived down here already so i invited him along, and we shared a hotel room between us and 1 more friend for a few days. We were dating by the end of that, and he came up for Labor day weekend and in Oct. when my aunt died, I went down for Thanksgiving and he came up for Christmas. We were engaged for my Birthday in Jan. He proposed on yahoo. And married the following oct. yeah, little more than a yr start to finish.

I think 9/11 was a driving event for us. Still pretty fresh in our heads, and we knew what we wanted, no sense in wasting anymore time than we absolutely had to. Also living 3 states away from each other was a factor too. Couldn't see each other every time we wanted to.

Yeah, it really has. I wound up with a great guy for a DH. He's my teddybear. And i love him more now than the day i married him.

And i never seem to do anything the usual way, like picking up your future spouse in the bar, so why should this be any different fo me

Maybe I'll call Disney and get some quotes??? I dunno....maybe I'll wait.....See where the boys want to stay. Steve and I are thinking Wilderness Lodge or Riverside. Any opinions on those??

My neighbors stayed at Riverside and loved it.

But if I work up a quote online, that doesn't include the special, right? Don't you have to take off the cost 3 nights and the tickets? I did it that way, but I just want to see if I really have it right.

Online and to her confirmation....the Beach Club, regular price, worked out to $5100.90...that's 7 nights, standard view room, 8 day base ticket and MYW Plus dining. With the special, it will cost $3780!! A savings of $1320.90!!! Cha-ching!!! I have the ressie on hold, we have 7 days to "book it"! I just can't imagine that Steve will say no!!! I guess I better call him! LOL For comparison, the PORiverside special price was $2902.62. The regular price is $3587.76. You save $685.14.

No, if you click on the special advertisement for the deal, you can work it up online, and then mess around with different tickets, dining etc to see how the price changes. You have to click on the advertisement, but then it works. I've done it several times already just for fun, even though I can't go.

Staying at Beach Club on deal, it will be $3780.00. A difference of $739.42. If some one had asked me, would you like to upgrade to the Beach Club for $740, I would JUMP at it!

Another way, MYW Plus Dining costs us $37.99 each, for a total of $1063.72 for the week. This B4G3 deal is BETTER then Free Dining that everyone is jumping on! Of course, if you stay at the value resorts, this example wouldn't work because the savings are less.

Okay, going to look at resort photos and show the boys so we can convince Daddy that this is the way to go!!!! Did I say that The Beach Club has been my dream resort to stay at? I just think it is SO beautiful!! If this comes to be, I will be in Heaven!!!!
