I now understand what you all have been talking about when you mention Jon and Kate. I never heard of the show before, but my daughter called the other night to tel us to record a particular episode. It's the one where the twins turn 7 and they take the sextuplets to Gymboree. My daughter teaches at a Gymboree in DC and she wanted to give us a chance to see what she does.

Oh Jon and Kate is and addictive show!!!!!!!

Well, the girls have finally agreed to go eat Mexican and then to a movie. It won't be as much fun, but at least we won't risk getting sick again. We're leaving, so I hope you guys have a great afternoon.

Well, I got most of my running done! Still have to go back and let my friend's dog out one more time. They went up to Ohio for the Ohio State game.

the weather here is just dreary, but we haven't had any rain....not steady anyway. The road was wet like it had rained, near walmart, but not here at the house. It was sort of misty when I went to the mailbox, but nothing to speak of. Not like we need!!

I am not "too" worried, but I am a bit! I don't want Colton heading there just to sit all day. Or, as some say, the kids gather and then go wander the ship. Not cool. Other parents and couples don't need to see a "gang" of kids just wandering around. "Idle hands are the devil's tools". I wish they had at least SOME kind of activities scheduled through the day, not just late at night. Colton won't be there! He'll be in bed then!

I think we are going to have to have a talk with him. He'll be allowed to go there, but if they are just "hanging out", he can "hang" for a little while, hey, we all need some down time, but then he can come find us and we'll FIND something to do!

A busy day tomorrow....game day and then a baby shower for one of the guys that works for Steve. I think he just graduated from high school in the spring. His girlfriend will have the baby in October. I asked Steve if they will get married. He just rolled his eyes and shrugged.

I wish I was going to Boma tonight for dinner.......

Colton is 13 isn't he? If they keep the ages from the summer cruises, he won't be able to go up there anyway. For the summer cruises it was 14-17 in the Stack.

I have talked with Kaj a bit about some of this, he really was looking forward mostly to OQ, I hope that will be available for him. He may be 14 and a freshman, but emotionally is not one of those out of control types that you often read about/hear about. No way could I imagine him in a gang like that!

We also arranged for him to be able to sign Sean in and out (online they still have Sean of the age that is possible) so that the two of them can have some fun hanging together, and I expect they will on occasion.

I am hoping that since OUR cruise is during the school year versus the repo being towards the end of summer, perhaps it wont be quite so kid-full and perhaps more fun since it is "only" one week? LOL!

Erika, I have read so many different things, I am starting to get more confused! OQ is for 11-14? The Stack is for 13 and up? Or is it a permanent change that the Stack starts at 14? Colton might be crushed if he can't go up there, but I have to say, I won't be heartbroken.

Heidi, we too have given Colton to sign out Connor, although Connor will be able to sign himself out too. I imagine they will hang out together too. They do anyway.

I have about an hour of daylight left and my yard needs tending to.....Be back later!
