Candy can confirm this. We know a family that named their children Trixie Petunia pineapple Judd.(last name is Judd) and Superstar Five Jamima Judd. This is no Joke! Some people are nuts!!!

Hey, just getting caught up.

Isn't it true about people being nuts. I felt bad about naming my daughter Merkie, but it's no where near as bad as what some poor kids are stuck with. Merkie was my ex-husband's mother's name and she died of cancer before my Merkie was born and he wanted to name her that. We agreed on Merkie Kaelynn Slone and she was to be called Kaelynn. Well she was almost six weeks premature and spent several weeks in the hospital before coming home. The nurses and everyone called her Merkie so we fell into the same thing and once we were home it just stuck. She really likes it though. Her grandmother was quite a lady and everyone in our community really loved her. So, everytime Merkie meets someone new and they recognize her name, the immediately start telling her stories about how wonderful her Grandma Merkie was. She eats it up.

I usually buy two (one for me and one for Chris) little do they know that I sample both I tried the pinapple one last night...It was pretty good but the vanilla one is the best

The fireworks were good...It looked like it was thundering off in the distance so I am not sure if we are in for the rain tomorrow or not. It sprinkled for like 2 seconds today while we were on the monorail to Epcot but nothing major and then I think it had like a quick downpour while we were in the Figment ride and I would never had known had the stroller not have had water on the very top

I am off to Animal Kingdom tomorrow...

I will be here but I am off to check on the other threads and to upload some pics for you all to see. Ill post back later.

Hello Shauna! Glad you are enjoying your trip.

The Pinapple is my favorite! Animal Kingdom is mine and Mekie's favorite park. Merkie is an animal nut and we both just like the slower pace of Animal Kingdom.

Tonight, I pay the deposit on our Sept 2009, ten day trip (hopefully with free dining!!!!). I can't wait.

I saw that. Some of those changes were supposed to be done with the last dry dock two years ago (e.g. the waterfalls in Quiet Cove.)

Sounds good! I was hoping that it would say that they were putting up a retractable cover for the pool and stuff like, indicating Alaska for 2010!!! I guess not. I read on a thread that Disney has filed for a permit to begin sailing to Glacier Bay starting in 2010, but maybe this is for one of the new ships. If Disney goes, I am so on that ship.

Oh me too! My bet is though that they will use one of the older ships for that one. Wasn't there something said about the first 4 or 5 years of the new ships having to be based out of PC? Not to mention they have a proven customer base for that area, and not as proven for an alaskan route...

I guess we will find out eventually! I am just looking forward to this cruise and seeing what kind of magic they have created on the Magic in drydock!
