There is actually a child in this area named Moon Beam as a first and last name and a few years ago a set of parents actually let a high school student apply to change her name to Freedom Layne. Thankfully the District Judge denied the petition and told her that when she reached 18 if she wanted to refile the motion she could but he didn't feel that she was mature enough to file the petition and that her selection of name proved that.
