Have a great evening and tomorrow everyone!!!!!

Hello All!

I know i was going to bed, but I didn't make it. I found magnetic paper at magnetvalley.com with shipping it was $1.60 a sheet. WAY cheaper then buying locally! and most online stores as well!

Shauna, WELCOME HOME! Can't wait to see the photos!

Maureen, Steve just handed me the navigator. Looks great! We need more things on it though! Maybe if we post it to the website, folks can suggest more things?

Kristin, I would love a margarita with Chips and Salsa! Let's head to Chilis. Shauna will go with us! will you be home tomorrow night? I can call you then?

Erika, sorry to hear work is not going to well! Hang in there! Just 50 days to go!! YAY!

Okay, NOW I am going up to bed and do wash!!!!!!! :laundy: See you tomorrow!

My work week started last Saturday.

Saturdays usually consist of using the research to write rainchecks for the sold out sale items( a sample of them), helping to put the frozen gorceries in the freezers when the truck arrives(oh boy). And then going through the outs and pulling them all from the backroom to the floor. Pretty much a full day.

I started out behind right off the bat cause there were research batches to pull from friday that i found in the gun. PLus my LOD for the day(aka manager, we have a bunch of these LOD=Leader Of the Day. And we have have 1 overall STL=Store Team leader) wanted me to fill ALL the endcaps in the store most of which were discontinued. So that left me with 20 some batches to fill around the store. Not to mention my STL was picking the really empty endcaps and hitting those locations to just subtract the merchandise from there b4 I could get to pull it.

Pretty much Saturday I did the work of 3 ppl, and still wound up behind.

OK, y'all asked for it. So here it is.

Basically my job at Target is to keep stock flowing from the backroom to the salesfloor. That's pretty much it in a nutshell. There's about 3 different programs I use to help do it. I use 1 to help fill out space in aisles that are full of discontinued merchandise(MPG). Another program is basic research which is for different departments every day and some sale items all around the store(Research). And there's 1 more program for just filling in general missing items that need to be stocked(OUTS).

During the week there are 2-3 more ppl who do this job with me depending on which day of the week it is. On weekends i am by myself.

seems interesting.......not too bad though!!!!!!!!!!!

Maureen,, lets see the Navigator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
