Starting to think about our next trip ... we’re a group of 12 and lots of schedules to coordinate. Early Oct. and early Dec. 2019 are both options that work for everyone at this point.
We are all 100% okay with skipping Galaxy’s Edge on this trip and catching it on the next one. If it’s not open, that’s fine! If it is open we will still save it for the next trip. We are in no rush. We would be checking out TSL for the first time, though.
I normally don’t pay too much attention to crowd predictions because we usually just go when we all can go. There aren’t usually 2 options on the table that work for everyone, though.
Most of us would probably prefer early December to see the Christmas decorations, but I’m wondering what SWGE’s impact on other areas of the parks could be at that time. Perhaps early Oct. (presumably before SWGE is open) would be a little slower than normal if people are waiting for SWGE to open?
Any input welcome! Either way, we won’t be disappointed. We’ve been on the busiest days of the year and the slowest and always have a great time either way.
