Well we have decided to go again. Sisters week for the F&W festival 2008. This year we went in Oct 16-22. We are now thinking about going the 1st week of Nov to enjoy the Christmas festivities. Does anyone know what the weather might be like? Has anyone gone the last week of the F&W Fest? Should we stick to the middle of Oct? HELP. Thank You

We travelled from 20th october to 8th november this year. The first week of November was beautiful during the day about 25 to 30 degrees, no rain all week (unlike the first week we arrived when there was plenty) our children wore sweaters until 8.30 am two mornings and from about 7pm on the evenings. We adults didn't find we needed a sweatshirt at all. I wouldn't have fancied swimming before 9am or after 6pm but otherwise think a typical good English summer.

We decided if we manage to go again we would go for the last halloween party and the first Xmas party (about first and second week in November) as it was so perfect.
Have a fantastic trip wish I was going again next year.

I don't know which part of WDW you were in, but we were there from the 6-11 and it was in the 70's most of the time.

Looks like some Continental Confusion: LisaJ was quoting temperature in Celsius rather than Farenheit!

Traveled this year Oct.26-Nov 3, lots of rain, warmer temps and then last year Nov. 11-17 and I can honestly say the November dates were much better. We had less rain, cooler temps (only had to wear sweaters one evening) and were still able to swim during the day. As you mentioned the Xmas decorations are all up as well which I find adds an extra element of magic to your vacation. Just make sure before you book you careful of any special events that may be going on and try to plan in between these (check mouse savers web site for event listings).
